Moved to maintenance room.
Don't even want to consider what I'd have to do to replace my curtain lol - but I will ask - are you sure you want ONE curtain that goes floor to ceiling? I have my upper curtain which closes off the storage area, then a separate lower curtain for closing off the cab area. I don't like the lower one closed except when sleeping, usually. But keep the upper one closed all the time so I don't have to look at my storage clutter!
My lower curtain is attached by two snaps. When my sis wanted to give me something rv related (she had purchased some fabric) I sent her my lower curtain so that she could attach the new fabric to the old, therefore using the old as the backing, and not having to replace the snaps or worry about them being not exactly in the right place.
I don't know if there is a tension rod big enough for my upper curtain, but could do that if there is. I use the little hooks they provided - and if I replaced it, would have to sew on tiny little fabric "hooks" to go onto the little plastic thingies. They are as old as the rig and still work great, so haven't had to do that yet.
