Brown County Pictures

Took a ride today around our home area and took lots of pictures. Posted a couple of updates to my blog with some of them. The trees are really coloring up.
Going to get a visitor tomorrow - Tina is coming by on her way through.

Those are gorgeous colors, Carol! Our colors aren't changing on the east coast yet, but I sure am enjoying yours.

Very pretty Autumn colors..I know you're anxious to get going but can see where you wouldn't want to miss the beauty and serenity of 'Brown County'. I live in a beautiful part of AR. I will take pics and see if can get them loaded. Our lake is almost deserted now, tourists have deserted us, it's the quiet after the storm...not complaining, tourist's mean so much to our economy.
I have a little land in the part of AR I was raised. It is further into the Ozarks. It has a cabin, about 700 sq ft. I am thinking about making it more livable and comfortable. To be honest, I don't think I would find a more beautiful place with 4 almost perfect seasons in the country. I might have it made a little more livable and call this my Happy 68th Birthday present. If I do get comfortable with pictures I will let you all in on the progress.
Thanks for the tour.
