Wow. Thanks again, Liz. I'm curious. Do you have your camera ready as you're driving along? I saw a few great shots on my trip to Durango, but really didn't have the time to stop at each and every one. (A pink flamingo at a gas station.) A lot of missed opportunities...

Gorgeous pics! Like Roe, I love the woodchucks!! They appear to be so huggable (not that I've tried)...there was a big family behind my first house in Alexandria...in an old farm field. They lived amongst a big stack of old tires. Some of them were as big as small (and short) dogs. But I could never get a pic of them. For a short-legged animal, they can scoot along pretty darned fast. :o

Liz, your sunset shot is soooooooo beautiful! I found myself sighing a calm sigh... ;) Thanks!!

Thank you Liz...so pretty love the country so many places to see maybe will have to start buying lottery tickets :lol: not really but you do find such neat places to be at. Did you stop and shop amongst the Amish?

Oh, Liz...thanks for the pictures of my "Childhood Home" area....I grew up in those hills....Glad you enjoyed the wildlife and sights.....hope the routing suggestions I gave you helped....
