YAY FOR FRIDAY AND HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Good Morning to all you ladies out there in the camping world! I have made Hazlenut Creme coffee, revved up my dead wood fire (as I slept so soundly last night I didn't get up to stoke it in the night!) fed the old and senile cat, Twitch, and will now run me a hot bath. After that, I will feed Molly and take her out for a bit of a run in the snow. I don't think it snowed any more last night, so will not have to shovel/sweep off truck before I head out to work. I am a librarian at the local high school---hoping to be able to retire while I can still enjoy life on the road!

Pull up a chair, warm your hands by my fire, and join me for some coffee! Sorry, though----no room in my tub!!

Goooood Morning.

BOOOOOO Hey scary! We got us an early bird here on the job. LOL If'in I'm gonna be sitting around a campfire up there this morning, you'll have to give me just a minute. Let me go dig out my winter booties and my big blue comforter to wrap up in. Ahhhhh snug as a bug.

Where's Lori?? She's gonna have to make some camper pies for this morning. I brought out some scrambled eggs and diced ham. I forgot the dang cheese so I hope someone else remembers!!!! Has anyone done that?? Made camper pies for breakfast??? YUM!! Scrambled eggs, diced ham shredded cheese and onion if ya want it. Can use crumbled sausage or cut up steak too from the grill last night. And a big pot of coffee too and with the sistahs as company? It's heaven...

Brrrrr, dummy Yahoo says it's 31 out there! They are full of bull puckie! I saw 23 on the thermometer this morn. Good grief. I am telling ya, I have no idea how in the he77 Kelly and I spent a month and a half sleeping in our tents this time last year!!! An more than a few nights it got down to 17. OMG I'm glad we aint got to do that this year. I must have gotten to be a real wussy this past year! LOL

OK, gonna run off and check the rest of my email and stuff. Got to do my morning clicks, grab another cup of coffee and take the pups outside again.

Good morning!! I'm up early so I'll take a cup of your coffee. The fire sounds good too!! I took a bath last night so I am not taking one this morning since I will be working outside. I am suppossed to pick up a ditch witch thingy that digs the groove and puts down elec. wire for an electronic dog fence. I do not know what I am doing!! A friend is going to meet me at the rental place that is good with things like that so we will get it. We have 500 feel of dog fence to put down!! Bash has lab work in Murfreesboro this morning but should be home in time to "supervise"!! She doesn't know anything about it either but that is how a lot of "supervisors" are from my experience!! LOL Grabbing another cup of coffee and heading to the campfire to check it out!! And NO----I am not picking on supervisors!! HA HA

I slept well last night for the first time in a while. I'm revved up over our school's 75th anniversary open house which i am a co-chair,... that will be on nov. 8th and I'm fretting the last minute details. Sure hope we get a turnout for it. My grandmother said to not wish my life away,... but i'll be glad when it's november 9th!

Ok,... gotta get crankin',.... this afternoon is the elementary classes halloween party,... highschool goes and cheers for the kids as they parade around the gym. I'll post a picture of me in my costume,... makes me look like I weigh 400 lbs! To quote you, Soos,.. ACK!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Feels cooler today and hopefully I'l get the rest of the Halloween stuff up. Yesterday it was chopping down all the weeds....good grief you would not believe one of the roots...it was HUGE!

Feels so good to be home.....I know the cats are happier!

Ok gotta get more Halloween stuff out into the yard!

It's a rainy, grey day here in Oregon and there are scary movies on TV all day so Molly, Murphy and I are going to snuggle in and watch spooky movies all day - WEEEE !!!!
I hope you all have a great day and you get lots of candy and aren't too scared !!! Be careful though, someone could be in the basement, or under the bed or just around the corner - BOO !!!!!

Good Afternoon. Just spent 4 hours at the shop getting a tune up on the car. Am I the only person that thinks sitting there is such a waste of time. To add insult to injury the bill was $525. I realize you do not get tune ups as often as in the old days but good grief. I guess I will open a special saving account for car repairs. I forgot my library book, it was cold and I was hungry. lol I felt like a whiney child. On the bright side it is suppose to warm up some today and tomorrow so I am going to play in the leaves. I am now going to fix a cup of tea and find chocolate somewhere.

Okay, the camper pies are done and on the table....(see Campfire!) sorry I didn't get them done for breakfast, but it is supper time... Slept late, then did the bills, got my hair cut, did shopping with Ernie, and got as much as we could get done for the trip tomorrow.....Will try to check in before hitting the road....

WOW! Great get-up, Cedar! Looks as if you had a fun Halloween! Announcement was made that we couldn't dress up in school yesterday.....new administration seems to be the reason. However, we did have two dress-up days during homecoming week a couple of weeks ago, so maybe that's why----they decided that enough was enough!
