Sunday, and it truly is Morning ..and it's Me ! Yeppers, I have some time for me today...amazing.. and for tomorrow but then come the next day.. and holy hannah a blast begins.. You know the kind.. yes, I have everything, no I don't... go back over that list.. like it was your (should I say the word ) Christmas list...Oh My Stars... but we is almost completed..last thing to load is all the dog food and the critters...Echo, you talk about CCC weight..best include all the weight that's coming with ya..(meaning you too)..I'm sure I'm at Max right now.....

By the way Sista ..Echo you are doing a great job in the morning..now only if we can get all the Sista's to make a pit stop !!

I see Cougarfan (Laura) and Karen got up to meet with our gal Molly's Mom (Trudy)..looks like they all had a great time and good food too...ya best watch out for them stunning pictures..(Laura you did take pictures right ).. well Trudy was at her best too.. ummm what's with the wine glass Ok..check that column out for more action..(pictures )

SeeyaGal (Jenny and Dan) I can't tell ya how impressed I am with all that crabbing.. I mean now we've learned the difference between male and female just by looking at the bottom..but Jenny.. now picking that sweetheart up without it clipping ya..is a task too...but oh my I do remember the scene of cleaning crab..yikes..bunches and bunches of them shells and that tiny bit of sweet to the meat crab... Us Italians make a dish..Crabs and Macaroni...it's gooood !!! Great pictures too..but we always get great ones from you !!!

Ferine.. your campfire is endless and that's fantastic...I must admit I sneak out and just watch that flame and oh my all the stories that come out of there..oooooooooh my !!! I'll never tell.. ya have to peek for yourselves ..lots of goodies too..

OregontolCal..(Chris) I loved that San Diego Zoo...in fact I did notice those "Pink Flamingo" got a few in my picture this morning ...if you caught that... Great I know I'd leave there knowing which pets I could live with LOL....should have been a Zoo keeper... aaaaah right at home !! Loved every minute of it...

Sparkle so glad to hear better things coming from that Kalab Lodge..and sure looks like you are thoroughly enjoying yourself this time..and by the way.. glad that Root Canal is over with ..!!! You is looking good..See what a great group can do for ya !! Love that area...but watch out winter comes in fast....head south...and hope we get to catch up again...

RVGranny (Lori and Ernie) ya made it to Arkansas..alright now you'll be parked for a Month then it's onward to the GTG and I know you all are gonna have a fantastic time.. we all is gonna be envious of ya....Now you are getting to know your neighbors..ain't that always a hoot.. get to compare notes on what's happening around and where is the best of the best...Pictures ...you know the routine.. we want to see who all gets to share your great company...LOL....

Gee--Thanks for the coffee this morning Barbzeee. I need a cup before I head back to bed. I couldn't sleep so I got up and logged on to see what was happening on-line. Sure is good to have the laptop back!! LOL!! Don't envy you packing up to go. I'm enjoyig being home for awhile!! This will be the longest I have stayed home in almost 2 years. I'll be here until the first of Dec. Got a lot to do but not worrying about it a whole lot. Just plugging away at getting it done. I know you are excited about getting to Florida and getting settled in. I'm headed back to bed. I'm sure glad coffee doesn't keep me awake!! LOL

Good Morning all, here I am cup in hand, well at this point it is empty. I like it while it is really hot and only have one cup so it goes pretty fast. Ah but this afternoon I'll have a lovely expresso with just a bit of steamed milk and of course some froth. We have a coffee place in town where they make it just how you want, even to the point of waiting while you have a sip to see if it's perfect. Nice to go where you get that kind of service and with a smile, almost as good as your morning table Barz.

Loved your graphic this AM, if I were to get a TT I'd go for a little vintage one like that. After this week my dream of a Pleasure Way drifts farther away. Whew scary times. Sure glad we traded my DH's truck for the little Scion it gets around 45mpg on the road, hummm well a bit less when I drive it, my foot is a bit heavier.

I'm still exploring the wonders of my new Macbook computer with the help of my Macbook for Dummies guide. Geez who knew, you can even compose music and add all the insturment sounds. Way more stuff than I'll ever use but still amazing.

Kath's father did the stonemason work there many years ago when the original buildings were built. if any of our sisters get to the Adirondacks the museum is a great place to visit.

GOOOOOD MORNING!!!

Wow it's great having the Coffee Queen back posting her cheer to all. Don't even have to mention the great coffee but it does bring all the smiles out and around. Love that graphic this morn Barbz. Wish I looked as good as the gal in that pic! Been a long time since I could squat like that and then stand back up unaided. LOL Old bones, joints, muscles and more than a couple extra pounds puts that thought down the tubes.

Here I've been up since 6:30 and lolly gagging around on the web looking at campground and camping cabins and was missing it all on the forum. Just didn't think what with it being Sunday that there would be to many with their eyes open. LOL But it all worked out for the best. Kelly and I are so looking forward to going next weekend. She had a couple of campgrounds that she left up on the laptop for me to look at this morning so we can call to make reservations. I found a couple more too. As soon as she gets up we will look together and make up our minds then call. YeeeHaw! Just heard her phone alarm go off so she will be coming out soon stumbling and staggering. hehe

Going to work today but don't have to be there until noon so a few of us are meeting at Shoneys for breakfast buffet. YUM Started out with 4 of us then we added another gal which makes for 5, got one of the guys coming and maybe another gal and her husband this morning. Gonna be a table full this morning! Good food, good people and good conversation too. And probably some B-zitching too!! At least about work anyway. I hate working up there on Sundays! People get evil on the phone with us on Sundays. Have more of them ask me if I know what day of the week it is? I tell them, "Yes I most certainly do". Then they tell me that I shouldn't call them trying to dun them on the Lords day. ??? Hmmmm I ask them "Well haven't you used the credit card on Sunday"? "If you can use it on a Sunday then you can pay for it on a Sunday". When they get even madder? I've gotten ornery. I've been grumpy and told more than a couple of them when they get all testy about a Sunday call that if they would pay their bill I wouldn't have to be working and calling them on Sunday. That I would much rather be home with my family and enjoying a nice quiet Sunday. ~sigh~

Well Kelly is MIA so far. Guess I will have to go in there and shag her out of bed. No telling what time she gave up last night and went to bed. I went to be about 11:00, played with Shade for a bit doing the blanket monster thing then snuggled down to sleep. Kelly went to Blockbuster to return movies and brought home more. One of them I kinda watched, it was about gymnastics. It was called "Stick it" and was pretty decent. Opps there she is! Said she went to bed after midnight. LOL

Ok, it's about time I checked the rest of my e-mail and got around. My coffee pot is about empty, maybe a cup and a half left in it. Gonna be floating and sloshing today. And running to the restroom.

OHHHHHH, what a surprize, Good Morning
what a cute picture that is, and the coffee......mmmm..... so good!
I know I'm a little late getting online this morning but when I first
got up I "smelled" something not so good and had to go do a quick
search for the source, ahh potatoes in the cabinet that got shoved
back and out of sight. Then of course I had to take the trash out
after tossing them in there, so needless to say my morning did not
start out right but all is well now and here we have Barbzeeee putting
my morning right!

Whooooo Yooooo, Barbzeee's here!! Love the artwork and all the critters. I'm still on my first cup so not real coherent yet. Its cloudy today and looks like it might rain. Sure hope not - haven't gotten my leaking windows fixed yet. The manufacturer of my windows is no longer in business so my RV guy is trying to find another source. I'm really looking forward to seeing some of the sistahs at the GTG. There's still time to decide to come on down. Time to go walk the dogs. Have a great day all ya'll.

and another wooohooo - as I took today off work. Got up about 7:30, brushed my teeth, threw on a sundress and Peaches and I walked to the beach - then walked the beach for over an hour. Didn't get back to the rv until after 9:30. Peaches is now sleeping soundly Probably dreaming of the beach, still.

Last night, I could have gone with a group here to my favorite hole in the wall bar for the best peppercorn burger made anywhere. But no, I opted to stay in and watch sports - yep both my Cubs and Sox and then my Milwaukee Brewers, too made it to the playoffs. Well, my favorite Cubbies managed to do what they always do in playoffs - and are now out of it. But the Brewers won last night. And for a friend I root for all UNC Tar Heel games - so I switched back and forth between the Brewers and Tar Heels - both won. Course the team I had to stay up late for was MY team, and they lost - oh well. What's another 100 years LOL

Today I'm going to be a bum - other than I am getting my paperwork together to mail in so that I'll get my absentee ballot to vote - anyone else out there who will be on the road - you best do the same!

Karen, what part of your windows is leaking? Usually it's around the seal - and can be recaulked without having to replace any of the windows. Just a thought. And that's an area on all rv's that needs to be checked regularly (which I don't do quite as regularly as I should).

So glad to see you back - at least for today - missed your updates.
Picture is great - love the mouse - as long as it is in the picture and not our motorhome! Had to replace our motorhome printer cause of the mouse problem. Hope that is the last thing. Read all the posts earlier but just getting around to spend some time on computer. Between finishing chores and begining of race. Also catching up on my blog - my writing muse stayed on vacation I guess. Do you believe it is October already? What happened?

Beth, I already tried recaulking around the windows. There's a black "seal" around the windows so first I caulked the part that touches the RV all the way around. Then I caulked the part that touches the windows. Oops - couldn't open the windows. My RV guy then made sure the "drain" holes were open so water could run out. That also didn't work. When the window is set into the wall it sits on a "track" and that is what needs replacing thus trying to deal with the out-of-business manufacturer. It only leaks if its raining hard and running down the outside of the windows. Runs into the track that the window moves in and I get water on the "INSIDE' in the window track. Last heavy rain I used a bath towel to soak up the water and completely wet the entire towel. If I weren't such a fresh air fiend I'd just caulk the windows shut during the winter. Any suggestins greatly appreciated.

Drat! I'm a fresh air freak, also. In fact, I have all my windows open right now, but the sun is heating the rv up - so turned on the air at the same time LOL - will turn the air off as soon as the sun moves lower in the sky.

Sorry about the problem, wish it could have been an easy fix. I figured you tried the caulking, but had to mention it just in case.
