Finally!!! the tags came in and I got the keys in my grubby paws
and its all mine now.
Drove it this afternoon, its nice, the suspension is much softer, the bumps don't feel as
rough and the steering wheel is made of some type of rough kind of stuff so it doesn't
feel like its going to slip in my hands while I"m turning. I really like the steering wheel.
Its also tilt and there's an armrest on the right side of the seat
love the armrest.
It has some other features too that I'm not sure about, will have to get the owners manual
from the shop and look it up. (Something about an automatic pretrip)
It has 5 seats on each side, with 3 seat belt setups in each, so therefore 30 passenger.
The seat backs are really REALLY high and my aide doesn't like it as she can't see over
the seat top. I told her I would get her a booster seat
but then her feet would
dangle off the floor
She wasn't pleased, she has no sense of humor, poor woman.
I was prepared for a little upset from some of my autistic kids as sometimes change
can upset them but they seemed pleased. One of my high school kids, the one that is
very OCD autistic even went and walked around it checking it out after he got off. (just
like any regular guy would check out a new car)
All in all, I was the first one to get my new bus, another girl got hers after work and the
rest will get theirs tomorrow
I gotta remember my camera tomorrow.
