Therefore we've decided that the last weekend in Jan. looks good for a gtg
Let us know if you can come and we will see if there is still spaces available in town
otherwise there is the desert

Oh, I wish I could. Won't be that far west by then. If I do get to AZ in late Feb or March - will try to get that way for a small gtg with you all, tho. Meantime, make sure you get lots of pics with those that do make it.

Sheila boondocks - not in a park. But there are parks in the area.

As Beth stated, Sheila boondocks all winter on BLM land, but if you want a park Evie (Pooker) and I always stay at Rice Ranch. It's walking distance to all of the shopping which is nice because parking there is the absolute worst...a virtual nightmare. Rice Ranch has full HU or dry camping, take your choice. Don't remember what the charge is. I like the front row, back in's, but plenty of room to navigate, get straight and back straight in to them and nice wide sites. They have a web site but the phone number isn't on it....it's

928-927-8118

I believe the web site is www.riceranch.biz

The sites are all dirt, no trees, but most folks are there for the shopping not the ambiance.

Sheila, going to try real hard to make it...is Kerry there? Planning on being out there by you, but can't remember exactly where it is other than south on 95. Need help! GPS co-ordinates or phone number so I can call and have someone meet me and guide me in or exact milage from the corner of 95 and frontage rd and then directions after I make the left. Thanks!!

There's a very outside chance that I'll make it, too. OUTSIDE, but hey, a chance. Would want to boondock near you, also, if possible - or do we have to go to the short term area for only a week?

Sharon, how long does it take to drive there from here?

Hmmm! I hate being this close and saying no, so will have to see about that! Depends on the finances. Where does Sheila boondock?

It's about 210 miles from Elsinore, Barbie.

Linda, just south of Q off 95 on BLM land. Costs to camp there, but I'm not sure how much.

The short term area is free. The long term area you have to pay a nominal amount to camp. Since Sheila is there for the winter, she's in the long term area.

I'm visiting with my sister and BIL in Benson during the rally. We may decide to drive out there. If we do, I hope to see some of you. And that is why I won't be at the FL GTG. :( :( carold
