Could be one of two things....you have a visitor that only Choco can see or he's having seizures. I know right after my DH passed, every once in a while my daughter's dog would go and hide his face in the corner, tuck his tail and shake. This is how he acted when DH was alive and would go over there. The reason? Seems CJ tried to bite DH in the butt when he was about a year old and DH turned around and yelled at him "if you ever bite me, you SOB, I'll get my gun and shoot your sorry azz". CJ took it to heart. When CJ would act like that, my GD, who was 18 months old would point to a spot and say "poppa" which is what she called her grampa. Sooo, could be your sister is keeping watch over you, and if she is, how great is that? Dogs and babies sense a lot more than we do.
