BJ (Redetotry) and I met today for lunch at the lovely Flamingo Row - how appropriate!!








All that's left of our two gigantic Flamingo Frosties...



Aw, I'm just kiddin' - we didn't drink. We were driving...

And although we were both disappointed in our food (we'd both been here before, and the food was outstanding), we still managed to have a great visit. We'll do it again, right BJ?

Definitely we'll do it again, only at a different restaurant! But to be fair that was the first time I've been disappointed there. The place is really cool with their cleaver use of flamingos and the bright paint.
And did you all note my flamingo pin. Thanks for posting the pictures Mitch.

I'm glad you two didn't let bad food stop a good gtg. But how disappointing, especially when you both knew it to be good. And what a neat decor. How fitting.

What fun!! Sorry about the food. I, too, had a mini GTG with Kerry (she doesn't post often and generally stays in her 5th wheel near Sheila at Q), this summer and the cafe we went to generally has good food, but that time, not so much. She also is suppose to be in the area for Christmas so hopefully we'll have another GTG then. Also my fulltime RV friend, Jeannette of Gilroy, CA will be in the area, hopefully tomorrow. Can't wait to GTG with her!
