Hello from just north of Dothan Alabama... it will be a cool night here... today was uneventful as we drove along... stopped to rest for an hour then back on the road... only did about 240 miles but that is a day for me... I am enjoying some pumpkin roll that Sarah left me... my it is so good... when I woke up this morning there was frost everywhere... but it soon melted away as the sun touched it... I will take Shadow out one more time then to bed I will go very early but need the rest...

Good Morning from Perry Florida... my last stop before McIntosh... then I will be home at my winter home... Wal-Mart is my second home...



stayed here last night and am still here... cannot get moving... two days on the road is a lot on my body... it will be good to be able to hook up and clean this place real good... I will have to find a plumber to install my toilet that I got at Camping World yesterday... it is higher and will make a world of difference for me to get up off the 'pot' wow and it is porcelain so will not discolor like some do and will last me a lifetime... however long that may be... this is my third day of being on the road without a day break so am crawling slowly... maybe Wal-Mart will wake me up... The Lord is good and has given me a very good trip...

You have arrived at your destination so the GPS says... not in the lot I will be in tomorrow but am here tucked away in lot 9 for the night will change to lot 8 tomorrow... that was my lot last year... real nice one... sand and all... Shadow was more than anxious to get out and walk... took him a short distance and it started to sprinkle... so now we are inside... it is humid typical Florida... but much better than the cold north...
Thank you all for boosting me on... it was a great trip... going home I will meet more unseen friends...

I'm a bit late to chime in, but wanted to thank you for your posts! I have fallen a bit behind lately on here. Sometimes just check in at the campfire before heading to bed. Glad you had a safe trip and had a gtg along the way Next time you want to stop near Dothan, AL, check out the Winnebago dealership there. They have full hookups for FREE! We looked at MHs there and stayed overnight. They said we could stay there whenever traveling through, even though we didn't buy there. Nice people
