We're on our way to NW TN!!! Left home around 12:30 and stopped in Wesson MS for the night. We're staying in Lake Lincoln State Park, nice pull thru site with full hook-ups. We're on a hill with a lake view on 3 sides. Not sure where we'll stop tomorrow, but if I have a signal, I'll check in.

We're on our way to NW TN!!! Left home around 12:30 and stopped in Wesson MS for the night. We're staying in Lake Lincoln State Park, nice pull thru site with full hook-ups. We're on a hill with a lake view on 3 sides. Not sure where we'll stop tomorrow, but if I have a signal, I'll check in.

OMG - THANKS A LOT, you guys...not one of you came up with an excuse for me to not be home starting on Friday...you know what that means? HUH? Do you? I have to tolerate Vickie for however longs she thinks she can get away with being a pal, er, I mean an interloper, in our driveway...JEESH...the nerve of some people's kids. (say, Pest, how do you two like your steaks on the grill - med? med rare? sour cream with the baked? garlic bread, right?)

It's Thursday evening and we're stopped in Enid, MS at Wallace Creek COE campground. We stayed here on the trip to the TN GTG last year. Once again we're on a hill overlooking a beautiful lake on 3 sides. Handicap site with water, 50A & dump station for $18 a night. If we would have gotten Ronnie another Access card it would have been cheaper, but we never made it to the place with the necessary paperwork, still $18 isn't bad. Some sites are $16. Plus, his dad is retired COE, so we're helping pay for his retirement!

Carolyn, when we're traveling and only staying one night, we don't unhook from the truck. Tonight the site is a bit sloped, so I put the tongue jack down on some boards so Ronnie doesn't keep rolling forward all night!

Barbie, I'm delighted to say we had Bailey's tonight! I thought of you as that silken beverage caressed my throat with its warmth...naw, I didn't think that. I thought - DOWN THE HATCH!

We kept Mitch and George up late last night so when I awoke to the sound of rain on the rv this morning, I wasn't sure if it really was rain or if Mitch was standing out there with the water hose, waiting for me to open the door so she could get me!
