Echo, you must be in 7th heaven with your grandson. Enjoy him.
Today will be another day in the low 70s and sunny. Someone has to have ideal weather now and again and glad it's our turn
. All those in Ida's path stay dry.
My poor little Cooper had such a tramatic experience this AM. She is such a drama queen and is milking it for what she can get out of it. Today is garbage day. I put the garbage out and then took some boxes and other things, that they don't pick up at the house, down to the curb . On the way back to the house, I watched her at the window. Now you would think that I was away for a month the way she carried on, all the crying and high pitched barking. I was closing the garage door and watching it close, sometimes it goes back up again, and when I turned to go in the house, Cooper must have snuck into the garage. Long story short, about 1 and 1/2 hrs later I hear this barking. It sounded like it was coming from the front of the house. I looked but didn't see anything. Then I did a head count, 1 MIA. I looked in the backyard, around the garage in the back and all over the house. While outside, I was calling her name when near the garage and the other dogs kept looking at the door (the one to the backyard from the garage). Clueless me didn't get it
and kept looking for her. Finally, after hearing her bark/cry again I realized I didn't look in the garage.
Opened the door and this little brown fuzzy thing ran right by me. Now I am being ignored completely and getting "the look" every time I go near her. Oh the life of a drama queen.
Have no plans for the rest of the day, except making up with Cooper, so will read the forum and do some laundry. Stay safe everyone.
PS. Vickie, great news on the lift. Sounds like you will be happy with it. Looking forward to the pictures and hearing all about it.
