At least here in eastern Georgia..... I'm up and the coffee and orange rolls are ready.....

Looks like the gang at the TN GTG are off to a great start.....love the photos and the stories....can't wait for more....

Today we're "off" at the campground until this evening, so we're going on our own adventure to check out a state park and another military campground near here....photos to follow.....sometime soon....

Okay, got to get the butt moving....have a great day, all...

i'm a zombie. it's all catching up with me -- this working 11 hour days for 5 days a week for six weeks. I keep thinking I'm reaching the end of the majority of the tax checks but they keep coming,.. I thought this was a hard time financially! More people have paid their taxes than had done so at this time last year. Amazing.

Our girls lost their soccer game last night to the powerhouse of our league. Oh well.... they still have a respectable record of 4-2-1. At least I think that's the record.

I had to drive about 10 miles out of my way to get gas this a.m. We have no gas stations in our town,... closest is at the interstate so I made that side trip early this a.m. rather than after my long work day later.

Thanks for the coffee Lori,... i think I'm so tired I'll have to get a straw,... can't lift the cup!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaccccccccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!

I bought some folgers coffee the other day just to save a few pennies and it tastes like SWILL! ! !

It was regular and not the gourmet kind. YUCK!@ what a lesson! Im choking it down but I will NEVER stoop again to that regular folgers... glad I just bought a small can.. ha!

Ya'll don't want any of this junk! As soon as I can I will go back to my hazelnut or my creme brulee' ;)

bestest regards and a good mornin' to you all!

We deserve the best! I buy Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea. It's made with Assam tea from India, not
China. I'm worth it! We had snow here, it's beautiful but a tad chilly. I told Beth we were trapped here for the winter. Once the freezers were empty, the dogs consumed, the only thing left would be us, the Donner Party. I'd be okay, scrawny as I am, but the chunkier amongst us would start to look mighty tasty.

Hmmmm..... I have Folgers that i use at home and it's just fine. Of course I'm not used to flavors. The junior class here is selling coffees and i bought some,.. think it's Amaretto flavor. I may be saying ACK to that... we'll see!

I love Folgers coffee! Maybe it's because it's the only brand I can usually afford....although, lately, another brand has been cheaper and tastes even better---it's called Harmony Bay----I find it in the Grand Union and Price Chopper, where I shop. Their Hazlenut Creme is what I always buy when/if I can find it! If I am feeling really rich, I will buy a pack of fancy flavored VT coffee....like blueberry cobbler.

Remind me to NOT get much more plump when I get the chance to visit Sparkle and Beth and Echo! Do NOT wish to become a main dish some night when we are all trapped in the snow, like the Donner Party!

Cedar, I hope your long days with two jobs ends SOON! You are getting way too tired. Sorry about your girls' soccer game, but it would have been fun to watch, anyway! My gas is right on my way home, thank heavens, and I filled up tonight after school. Tomorrow is pay day again, too! YIPPEE!

I got my Tom Tom GPS beanbag dashboard holder today, and my new LED headlamp so I can see my way to my truck in the morning with my hands full! Both are everything they advertised! Now I just have to remember how to program and use my TomTom again!

I managed to get my bedding, memory foam matresses, and both my TVs and satelite receiver out of the trailer tonight before dark---NO RAIN! Also got my telephone and computer. Tomorrow will be the stuff in the storage basement.

I hear TONS of geese on the pond tonight---wish it would stay light long enough for me to see them, but it won't. Don't forget to watch the impact, via news, of our thing we are smashing into the moon tomorrow morning to search for water. Wish I could view it in real life via telescope, as people west of the Mississippi can!

Happy evening to all!
Life is about learning to dance in the rain
Happy travels!

I didn't mean to sound like a coffee snob,,, I DO normally drink FOLGERS,but the gourmet ones,, either the hazlenut cream or cream brulee' or even one or 2 others. They are pretty good. Also I like one of the local store brand gourmet flavored ones.. taste of SAn Antonio,, or taste of the Hill Country,, etc (HEB, Karen ;)) But regular folgers,, sorry,, YUCK! Maybe I made it too strong, not sure what it was,, but our water is so awful that I have to be careful what I use. (lots of minerals) Too expensive to make it out of bottled water. Mom and DAD would never hear of that! ;)

So....

Hope you like the flavored ones,, Cedar gal!

later ya'll

J

hope Sparkle can get outta the hills b4 she becomes dinner!
