Monday is Retirement Day!!!

Sorry I missed this party - but I think it went along just fine without me. I think the TN GTG is going to be some big bash - just reading the slurring posts here makes me wonder if you can all be trusted together. Hahaha.

Seriously though - yo9u are now in full retirement - does it feel any different?

It actually does feel different, Beth. I went to the Doc today to get necessary blood work, mamo, etc to hit the road since I won't be back around here for a while. When asked if I still worked at so & so, I said, "no, I'm retired." That felts so good! Don't know why saying those three words made such a difference but it did.

Now, as I head out tomorrow it's nice not to be rushed to leave and to get back. Yes, it is different to be retired and it's a very good different.

Thanks for all the well wishes from my rving buddies. I can't wait to see/meet you all down the road and I intend to make it a point to do that.
