It's the same routine..Monday..Morning to one and all ! Yep, and of course we had a booming night too ..that scene in the sky and the sounds...Wow.. I'll say it was impressive here..and under tornado warning..yikes..and the weather for the rest of the week don't look to impressive...Yikes.. my cartoon this morning says "It all "..

First off .. want to mention.. Snowball (Sheila) and her hubby... They are in need of our prayers..So please one and all keep them in your hearts and prayers... Sheila, know that we are keeping that candle going for you and your family..

RV Grammy (Lori and Ernie) and the clan went off to Niagara Falls... and what a sight to behold.. last time I saw the falls I was a child.. (putting note..make another visit ) Looks like all were enjoying..a little wet too...! aaaah and Petula.. she's a big gal that's for sure... and bright !!!!

Retired Happy (Karen) Caravan for 2010 the North East is looking like some more takers..ya just never know as time progresses.. It will be a good one too.. lots of places to see ..Sure wish I could meander it.. but that year is a big one for me... so only planning I have is see a Surgeon.. yikes.. but I'll be with you all in spirit..and will be looking forward to all those pictures..for sure..

NaSoosie.. (Soos) sure hope you stayed dry up their in the mountains..I'm sure you must have had the light show we did.. oh it was bright and loud...

Cedar.. ok there gal.. I'm anxious to hear how your camping is going.. if ya haven't a signal I sure hope you is taking notes ! and yes, pictures..you know we all want to see that camper and what cha got going by a campfire..some toe taping music I'm sure...

Carold (Carol and Bob and Cougarfan (Laura) had a GTG yep they done met up and we got one (1) picture..mmmm and even watch a parade.. (no pictures ) but did have a great lunch and Bob parted with some of his catch.. You did ok there Laura...

See if you happen to be in areas our Sistah's are perhaps you can muster up a GTG no matter how small.. meeting one another is always neat...

We have added two more "Newbies".. Penny and Gypsywoman.. They have been welcomed in ..but for those that might have missed .. check their intro... Ladies.. you have made a good choice.. we are nosy, Yes ! we are fun, Yes! and we care, Yes!
we are a group of Sistah's that no matter where you are ...We are always on Stand by.. willing to lend and ear or some good advice and also some strange ones too..but hey.. where can you get such a captive audiance..and just for a mere click of the mouse.. and we are with you .... Ok.. I'm off of here.. today the Verizon man/ woman is coming.. and I'll have my system re vamped.. and up and running.. right now I'm in between beeps.. strange really strange.. I've been copying and pasting.. for a long time.. so I don't lose this post.. yikes my fingers are dragging....

Time to put the chairs in the wagon and hall my butt into the kitchen... Coffee is perking, Kettle is Whistlin..Oj and Cola's are in the frig.. and yep... Goody Muffins are hot and just coming out of the oven... Blueberry, Corn and Bran ..all tiny ones that you just pop in your mouth.. oh yeah and the Pull a parts.. Cinnamon with Pecans..and a little bit of glaze.. Yikes I'm hungry......Come on in and set a spell.. won't ya just say "Hello"..

Good Morning to All - wonder of wonder the sun is actually shinning here in Hershey, PA this a.m. Have had rain every single day since we've been here. No wonder it is go pretty and green with so many flowers. Has not stopped us from enjoying the area though. Took quick trip to Gettysburg and another day to Intercourse. Want to go back to both places. Took lots of pictures but photobucket is being a real snit and cannot upload anything. I did update my new blog with commentary and pictures if you would like to check it out. http://roamingtheusa.blogspot.com Still learning how to work it. Love that learning curve. Especially when AFTER I posted it the first time I still managed to delete the whole thing. Bill jumped up out of his chair when he heard me scream. Thought I'd done major harm to myself.

GOOD MORNING ALL!

We, too, actually have some sunshine this morning, so far, at least! It has rained nearly every day since I got back here from FL in April----that is, when it didn't snow in April and a couple of days in May! It is getting very not fun! Temp is up to 66 here now, which is warm for this time of the morning. Am hoping for some real warmth later on.

Coffee tastes good, Barbzee! Thanks! I have noticed that Photobucket has been VERY weird for the past couple of days, but it worked ok this morning. Sometimes it takes FOREVER to open up, and then it freezes when downloading/uploading pictures. When it works, however, it is a handy site.

Don't know what my plans for today are, other than mowing parts of the lawn again, if it gets dry enough. Although we have been getting very heavy downpours lately, at least we haven't had lightning storms, thank heavens-----I so hate lightning!

be a paycheck next payday.
Been thinking of painting the ceiling so I just might tackle that. I have everything I
need to do the job so I have no excuses.

Good morning everyone!

Yes Zeee, I've got a connection,... I broke down and bought an aircard. Went with the month to month plan which for this time in my life is cheaper. I'll shut off the service after Columbus Day weekend until next Memorial Day.

We moved to a different campground, spending about 8 days here. We're in the middle of our stay. Looks like today will be sunny. Headed into town shortly to get some supplies. Then back to enjoy the rest of the day. Tonight will be good company around the fire as friends will be visiting for the evening.

I'm reading a book, got needlework to do and just plain sitting in my camp recliner,.... ahhhhhhh......

Good Morning all...
Well we have our mini-day camp this week. It is just 3 families. But we have fun....crafts, swimming, hiking, etc.
This week we will be doing more swimming....since we are at the start of the heat wave...now for some it may not seem like much we will be anywhere from the mid 80's up to the mid 90's. When you consider our normal average summer high temps are mid 70's. Most homes do not have AC. The news reports have been warning everyone to check on neighbors, especially the elderly. Drinking lots of fluids and stay hydrated. The other concern they have is with drownings...as more people will head to places to swim and cool off and not necessarily take proper precautions..like wearing a life jacket if you are going to float down one of the rivers.

Well gotta get ready to head out.

Hope to be out camping soon.

You're staying cool, Kris! Down here in SW WA we hit 103 today and suppose to be hotter the next two days! It's 85 in my house and I've sat in front of two fans all day! I'm going to the movies tomorrow just to get out of the heat!

Here I am not sure what the official will be...but mine has us at 92 and the inside of the house was 87. We are inland about 8 miles. So we can sometime's be hotter then the Bellingham Temp that gets reported.

Lori and Ernie! Now that is one beautiful Granddaughter. She looks like a sweetie. Kelly says she almost has Cabbage Patch Kid looks and is adorable.

Liz and Beth sooner or later I will get a chance to really look those pictures over. I so want to go to Alaska!!! You have made me drool even more. Going to Alaska is #1 on my RVing Bucket List. Seeing the Redwoods is #2.

Nothing much going on out here. Same old, same old. And no I not talking just about myself. Altho we do have a new head housekeeper now. She worked here before so knows what she is doing. She and her husband start tomorrow. But she is already taking over as head!!! Two of the housekeepers were late for work this morning, one of them being the 'old' head housekeeper. Well the new one went up and pounded on their door at 10:36am this morn. She let them know that they were over 2 1/2hrs late. The old head housekeeper told her that the alarm didn't go off. She was informed that that was no excuse and that they were needed at work NOW!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO I would have loved to have been a bird in the tree watching that! LOL She has also reworked the room assignments. I have lost the big park model trailer I was doing with 2 beds in it. And Kelly had a building called Meadowview with 5 beds in it that she no longer has to do. Kelly and I both have been cut down to 8 beds each. Her's are 4 rooms with 2 beds each. I have just my 8 singles with 1 bed each left. We love it. The best thing is (and i shouldn't laugh) the old head housekeeper now has to do the ones that were taken off of us.

Ok, it's time to get my butt off of here and head for home. Shade Puppy is missing me I know. And it's about time for her to be needing to potty. So I will say goodbye for now.
