It's Freaky Friday ...and Morning Too ! My DSL is slower than Molasses...that's a fact.. each page I enter is like sloooooooooooooooowly getting there..So, with that said.. I'm hanging by my teeth (sure hope I used Pollygrip !) .. it took me forever to get logged in.. My modem and router are suppose to arrive today or tomorrow..and Verizon will be here on Monday.. aaah ya gotta love these services..just added 2 more Gigs of Memory so that will help in alot of the artwork I do..and keep this Desktop purring.. Yes, even did that back up job.. that's kind of on a routine..cause ya know the day I don't do it.. well..Murphy's Law.. ! Of course it's Raining again ! Looks like no mowing here..and wouldn't ya know it.. that means..16 paws to do everytime they head out the door...ooooh what a joyful morning. So let's see what you all have been up too...

Cedar.. is off on another camping Adventure..Good for you !!! Yep we know she is loving her Baby !! I don't blame ya.. and yes, again she promises...I even peeked at her Blog...great sunset there ...Have fun and remember ..tell us all.. and make sure you check and see if you get service you now have that Air Card ...

Asirimarco (Carol and Bill).. Wow.. done showed us their new upgrade on the Rig... Love the Tile.. I've been thinking about doing that around the kitchen..cause boy it's a pain to keep clean.. love the colors oh and yep.. even love them rugs..aaaaah the door.. LOL Got to love that Parrot...Carol you are gonna have us all ready to upgrade again LOL

Retired Happy (Karen) I can see that can of paint coming out and hear ya now...yep..you did some painting on yours ..and a good job too... Let us all know when you get finished......Paint store gonna be busy... LOL...

Redetotry..(BJ) got a new phone.. an I Pod.. oh my BJ... I'm not big on cell phones all though I've had mobile service for almost now 30 years.. and use it only when I'm away.. but I do see a trend where lots of people are now taking out their land line and just using those instead.. but they have some really neat phones.. too much stuff for me to do with my fingers LOL they need a break from the computer as is LOL.. but can't wait to see who else posts .

the Ididaroad gang (Lizzie and Carolinagal ) posted some really great pictures and I have to say Lizzie.. I giggled cause you do also what I do.. when telling those little stories...I sometimes say what comes in my head and with me ya just never know... LOL Great shots and even if the stories are stretched they fit LOL...

Bethers I done checked your blog.. and yes, you went to the Bears.. but I love them too.. even look like ya just want to get up and snuggle them..but sure do know better.. Gosh they are impressive...

This whole Alaskan Adventure had been just giving a lot of us that fuel to think about a journey.. perhaps a Caravan.. ya just never know...

RV Grammy (Lori and Ernie).. I'll say you is gonna have a house full.. good thing you put on that added room.. that 5er is gonna be all giggles for sure.. beds everywhere..but ain't that the fun part..stepping over and around people..

Nasoosie.. (Soos) I sure hope you dry out up there...as for us... No mowing the fields and gawd it's gonna be thick when we do.. that Grass is growing like weeds...sure is green that's for sure..

Vickie.. I hope Hommie got his lift done.. haven't read it anywhere.. and I do know that it would make things a lot easier..keep us posted...

Coffee pot is perking and Kettle is Whistlin... yes, Oj and Cola is in the frig.. and of course my table has goodies.. ever go to an Italian's house where they had no food ??????? NOT... LOL anyway I even have some French Crullers .. yep my Sistah done made a batch...and she dropped by and surprised me.. ( ya might know I started my diet ).. I do have Cheese Danish and of course Corn muffins...got in plenty of English Muffins..for those that like those little crunches...so do come in sit a spell and let's hear what you all are up too...

Good morning ladies, grabbin a cup of coffee and will have some of Zeeez toasted
English muffin, from my end its totally non fattening
Summer school ended yesterday but I have one last field trip today for the Kids Club
to the swimming pool. Nothing on Monday but Tuesday I go in for bid day, thats when
we all get to pick our routes and bus for next year by seniority of course and the
majority of drivers keep what they had before so as not to have to "train" another
group of kids to the way you like things done.
My air conditioner is barely hanging in there, just blowing cool air so guess its ready
for a re-charge. Luckily, I think were done with 114 temps as we've been back down
to 108 and slightly overcast lately. Makes the humidity jump up there but as long as
you don't move, its ok,
Got the dishes ready in the sink to wash so I'll get that done before I go to work, then
for the weekend I can concentrate on laundry. Its that time to wash up all the extra
stuff like dog blankets and the like.

Good Morning All!

It was dark and rather cool when I first got up, but the SUN is out now, and it's up to 65! A PERFECT morning out there!

I got the pond grass mowed yesterday, and it was a hard job as the grass was up to a height between my knees and my waist! Luckily, most of the grass down there is light, hay-like stuff and not too lush, or the mower would have quit more often than it did. There were some places where I had to tip the mower over and unclog it, however.....where the grass is jucier.

If it gets dry enough today, I should start my house painting----a least the parts of it I can reach without getting on ladders and scaffolding. The stain needs stirring, and the orange trim needs a good mixing, too. Other than that, healing my ribs is still my number one priority here. Each day seems better than the last now, so at least I am not so depressed with pain. I might even soak up some sun's rays today in my recliner outside the trailer here, while listening to the Village folk music station on my XM TV audio. I rigged up some auxiliary speakers, incuding a subwoofer, to the Direct TV receiver, so I don't even have to run my TV to listen all day long. I LOVE the Village station, but then, I love folk music. I can also practice my guitar and fiddle today!

Just a quick check in this morning. Been a long, lazy morning around here and I must get going on something productive.

Scrambled eggs, sliced tomatoes, and English muffin for breakfast. Doesn't get much better than that. Can one OD on fresh homegrown tomatoes? I do love local tomatoes and am having one with every meal lately. Wish I had enough sun in a spot in my yard to grow my own. Thankfully, I have friends who do and they share.

Weather is near perfect today but rain moving in for weekend. Have a fun day everyone.

It was an early morning here...for Kodie....she decided to rise and shine at 4:30 am. Being that I stayed up til 1:30 am playing with another video montage of our trip..The Grand Circle, Bryce, Zion and Grand Canyons. I was non to happy to hear the pitter patter of her feet coming down the hall way. She is not the type of kid that you can get back to sleep. Once she is up she is up. So we curled up on the couch and put on cartoons. I think I dozed a bit.

It is light rain here today...this is our cool before record heats hit...it is about 65 out this am...suppose to start warming up and by Tuesday we might break over into the 90's. I am trying to decide if I should go and buy some more fans...or if we should toss in the towel...pack up the trailer and escape. But DH has that damn work thing...which would mean camping here locally...but hey the trailer does have an AC unit unlike out home.

The boys get back from summer camp tomorrow. DS 12 has just been there for the week. DS 18 is actually working there..so he will be home just for the night and then back up there by noon on Sunday to get ready for the next group.

Well I am just going to lazy today...started cleaning out the school cabinet yesterday...so I might continue that today. Will work on my blog a bit, get more pictures loaded and sorted in photobucket.

Good afternoon all! Zeee, what's with your letters this morning, looks like they got lost along the way and just jumped in there somewhere I had to go through and spell out the word, butterflies and flowers are cute!

No lift for Hommie, yet. The company that did all his other lifts wouldn't/couldn't do anything. After waiting a week, with no word, I called and they said they couldn't come up with anything, so we will continue looking. Scouring the internet, and willing to take it wherever needed to get it done.

SIL got out of hospital, still smoking and eating whatever she wants. Can't tell her anything, well, did, but it didn't help.

So sad to hear Trudy is changing her plans, hopefully she will stay in touch.

Glad Soos is taking it easier, wish she would do just a little bit less for a few days.

Well, I guess since I didn't go to Wallly World yet this year, I'm going today, need to get SIL some jeans for her B-Day and get groceries at the same time, kill two birds, you know. I know I'll regret it, always hate going there.
