Just a wee bit early...Morning to all it's Wednesday ! Better known as the Middle of the road or HUMP day..LOL where did that ever come from..???? oh my.. I guess you all realize I'm up before the word Dawn begins..couldn't sleep..watched the hearings all day yesterday ..Questions throw at Sotomayor..wonder if I could have sat there so calmly..well guess if I wanted the job..I'd have no choice..mmmmm not sure I could be that calm cool and collective..on for another session..interesting very.. did I have other things to do.. oh yeah..did I do them.. NOT.. LOL I took the day off..well..didn't begin that way...However, it felt good just doing NOTHING ..but will make up for it today.. Now you know why I'm up..LOL felt guilty hahahahaha...ok now let's see what has been happening.. Cats away Mice play..aaaaah so that's why I chose this picture this morning.. knew it had to be a reason... Cheese !!!

Speaking of which Cedar.. I hear the sistah's asking for the YOU KNOW WHATS LOL Yep we know you brought that new baby home and we are waiting with baited breath.. Release them pictures gal... pleaseeeeeeeeeee !!!

Aah we got us a "Newbie " Wooooo hoooo !!!!!.. Yep her name is Penny .. Heads UP.. Welcome Penny.. You've joined a neat group of women that are family.. yep, we is Sistah's.. and we love to ask all kinds of questions and look at pictures..we is nosy..no doubt in my mind..but we are a fun group..All for one and one for All... You also have a few of the sistah's in your area..and possibly you can get together.. You mean you never shop on line ????? oooooh I love it.. don't have to go in the stores and put up with the nonsense of the parking lots or crowded stores...I enjoy having the UPS (woooo hoooo) guy come and even my friendly MailMan LOL I have lots of visitors. hahahaha...In fact I'm almost through with my Christmas shopping..and I didn't even get me hands dirty LOL...

Almost There..(Lenora) there ya go.. you might have a travelin buddy.. now on to the finding the right rig.. we is all anxious for you too...I can't wait....weekend get aways are great..change of scenery..absolutely what the Dr orders..and it's fun cause each Adventure takes you further away...you also get to meet really neat people in campgrounds from all walks of life...

ShirlV... asks regarding caulking..on rigs.. For me, I have mine checked and done every year..as I've had leaks thinking everything was ok..NOT.. I was told..due to some birds, trees, sun and weather..get it done every year..checked and re caulking..might cost you a bit..but worth it cause it can as you know cost you lots later down the road..I just recently had my front windshield re sealed started to see some moisture..Keep on this..it's really important..

Good morning, Barbzzee, and all!

46 degrees this morning----that's only 14 degrees above freezing, for crying out loud! So far it's too foggy out there to allow me to see the sky, but it's gradually lightening up a bit, so I will hope for some sunshine.

Am anxiously awaiting some pics of Cedar's new rig she brought home yesterday----even though I did get online and looked at the model she got, I wanna see HERS! If she stayed in it last night, I'll bet she had the furnace on! I stayed again in the house in my recliner as it hurts less than lying down at this point. This pain is getting old, and I am not liking it one bit that I can't do all the things I need to do (and WANT to do) this summer. Although, I must say, that 'summer' is just a meaningless term at this point, as it's more like an Oregon winter.

If it's to be sunny today, I believe I will try to hook up my trailer and maybe haul it to the Silver Lake Campground. Or maybe not----depends on how well I can move and bend and do all the things necessary to get out of here. Twitch's hut and food and litter box are in the trailer, and ready to roll, when/if I can manage it, and when/if the weather gets summer-like. I wasn't as incapacitated when I had gall bladder surgery as I am right now....ACK!

Thanks for the good coffee, Zeee, and I have made myself another pot of decafe so I can sip all day without becoming so shaky I can't think! If it stays this cold, I may make a woodstove fire so I don't have to keep getting into a hot bath to warm up. Perhaps I will lug my desktop computer to Saranac Lake today to get an estimate on repairing it. My oh my----what an exciting outlook!

Well, the new baby is doing well,... she is an absolute joy. I promise pics before the day is out. right now I'm moving things into the cupboards, etc. And when she's all settled and pretty I'll take the pics.

gotta run,... if i don't get the work done I can't get the pics taken!

We will be heading toward home today. Hitch up here in about 45 minutes. It will be nice to be home again after being gone so long. I am all rested up, it was nice to have a week of nothing to really do. Then it will be back to the rat race come next week. The kids get back from camps and then get ready for Boy Scout Camp and then that is the last of the major activities for summer. Then it will be a little more quiet...well as quiet as it can get.

My mom will be staying with us through the weekend....her flight leaves on Monday.

Good Afternoon Zeee, Sistahs. Been thinking about Sparkle and Echo, anybody heard from them?

Zeee, I do alot of shopping onlline, I thought that you bought that pitcher from QVC on TV! I love online shopping for Christmas, I do most of it at Target and Walmart, then a few other places for hard to find things. I guess I'm not a person who shops for myself at all. Like a lot of women, I feel guilty buying something whether I really need it or not. I tell ya, I'm tight with money, Hommie, now, he can blow through some money if he was given free rein, LOL. Needless to say, he isn't! I think it's being raised different. Anyway.

Took the TH to see if they can put a lift in it yesterday. Drove 2 hours, they took a few pictures, made measurements and said they would send it to the engineers to see what kind of lift they could put in, was there for 10 minutes, drove 2 hours back. They said the UVL (under vehicle lift) could not, or they could not put them in trailers, only MH's. The normal kind of lift like in vans wouldn't work because there is only on entry door and it would block it. So now, we're thinking maybe the kind like a van lift that folds accordian style out of the doorway, but we'll see what they come up with. Keep this in your prayers, we really need something that he can get in and out safely. That's the first step, then the funds will be next
