Ok I am going to ask a question not to make waves mind you just curious... I read were the Los Angles County is probably going to make mask mandatory and will go in effect in two weeks if they do it... however if the numbers are high enough to go that route why wait two weeks???? like I said not to make waves just trying to understand

As to Los Angeles. Did you google it? It's easy to find. Los Angeles has reached the thresh hold of High Community Spread category and if that level holds or goes up, they will institute indoor mask mandates except in gyms or yoga studios which are encouraged to move activities outdoors if possible. The reason they wait two weeks is they must reach that test threshold two weeks in a row to meet the standard to require indoor masks.
