This is why I found this retirement village and decided to move here. I love both of my daughters and we get along fine, but I don’t want to live with them. I love to visit them and love it more when they visit me. And I love when they go home, lol. Pets are allowed in all the homes, owned or rented here. One of our neighbors even has a pot-bellied pig. Farmer Minor and his pig and pug are quite famous and travel all over to present a literacy program in schools and libraries. So, I don’t want anybody making my decisions for me as long as I am able. And the continuum of services here will meet my needs until I die, unless I decide to move elsewhere. I love it here, have made many friends, so doubt that will happen.

That said, letting the subject cool for awhile is a good idea.

Hey Karen, that would really set her off!!! Do you remember Farrets are illegal here in CA? They eat avocados or something. Lyn

LOL :lol: :lol: :lol: Too funny! I haven't heard the avocado theory! I heard once that a "pack" of them can take down a deer! :o :lol: :lol:
