Information on how to help Karen....sign in to the Member's Only room. Laura has spoken with Karen directly. A big Thanks to Laura for helping us help Karen.

PS: I located the PW by going back two years in my PMs to when Beth sent out the original information/PW........You can try there for a start if you ever used the Member's Room in the past....
