Well - Bill got his Chefman air fryer delivered Wednesday evening. Surprised there was no cookbook with it. So last night I used it - even though my first thoughts were "you bought it, you use it." Any way we had seasoned potato wedges - had some russets that needed to be used. And glazed salmon. Found recipes on line. Both came out very good. Though I will cut down on time for the wedges when I make them again. Should have believed the recipe.
Today the workers show up to take the kitchen cupboards apart. So no more meals for a few days.

Carol there is always a learning curve on these darn things as they all are different. I have 2 different kinds one is a smaller Chefman and the other a Power XL Elite and I find cooking times and temps different for each of them. Most of the stuff I cook regularly I have down now. My biggest error was overcooking. I have my digital thermometer and that solved that problem mostly. Occasionally I am not a believer of it and so there ya have it........overdone. I make meatloaf or meatballs in mine. I put them in a glass dish tho and use my dang thermometer and they come out super. I put a glaze on it about 3 or 4 minutes before I take them out to caramelize the top...I like it that way.

Carol, I bought the Chefman no frills small model, no rotisserie, etc. I have gotten most of my recipes on line since the instruction/recipe booklet wasn’t much help. Good luck with your new toy. :)
