Photobucket is on the Blink...yeah.. can't find it's Link...oh my goodness I'm rhyming..is this the start of something NEW... I must apologize for the Coffee pot again.. but couldn't get into my album...so had to pull this one off another page... Thank goodness for Copy and Paste...mmmm maybe I should do that with lots of my Graphics..in the future...(Will I remember that one ?) Any way... I'm here and in answer to Bluepinecombs question from yesterday...

Blue...here's the story... I go in for Out Patient Surgery on May 20th...Lord willin' and the Creek don't rise...I'll be home day after...(crossing all my T's and dotting all my I's and with the prayers of all ) I should be up and running on Monday...

Mtngal (Diana) First trip in her Roadtrek..was a gooder ! Yep...check it out.. Jamestown to Austin ..and in reading she took some nice shots.. Oh by the way Diana.. I love Sweet Peas too..(flower kind) they look so pretty all those bright colors..aaaaaaaah and perhaps the DGD might be a traveler with ya too..(in the future)...Your friend Reny enjoyed the journey as well.. aaaaaah good to have a companion to do show and tell with.. cause ya know we are all eyes too here...
So happy that it was an exciting trip and can't wait for more from you....You've got the RV fever now !!!

RV Grammy (Lori and Ernie)... I hear ya about the Air Card... I used the antenna too.. as some days dial up was faster..in fact I used my cell phone for a long time till they started changing the program. Miss ya.. and post when ya can... I got my antenna from radio shack.

Mitch... I like your camp site.. Hey if it works for ya.. to take care of the hitch itch.. go for it... I do the same.. when I need a get away and can't... I just pop back to the MH and she's plugged in and I disappear..cause the critters follow me.. and we get comfy...and put sign on door... Out To Lunch !!!

We have some Newbies too that finally posted... Vickie P from Louisiana welcome.. and Dianeinaz, Diane..well not so new but new cause she hasn't posted.. LOL well she's trying for perfection.. hahahahaha.. any way gals..welcome, welcome.. as you know by now.. we is a nosy bunch and we make no bones about it.. but we is a fun bunch and not nasty..well not that I know about..or do I .. Ok. well it's about that time and photo bucket is still having it's fit.. so...it's the coffee pot from yesterday.. but I did make a fresh brew..oh and I even did up a tea kettle too... So my table is set and yep...got a few goodies... Blueberry Muffins.. they are warm too.. and I even did a Crumb Cake..New York Style (powdered white sugar crumbs) and a batch of Corn Muffins..(hubby's favorite toasted).. So please do come and sit a spell.. and let's here what's happening in your neck of the woods...

Good moring Zeee and all ya gals. That coffee sure sounds good. I got a little sinus this morning and a good cup of hot coffee is just what I need. We are in for more rain---I can hear the thunder.

I was in Illinois a few years ago when a tornado went from Pana to Findlay. I was still working and had just arrived at my brother's house about 3 or 4 hours before it hit. It missed us about a mile but we were without power for 3 to 4 days. I knew a gal who was hurt--broken pelvis--from it but fortunately no lives were lost. I don't like tornadoes. I never been in a hurricane.

I'm hunting something to go with my coffee-----just snooping around in here for something sweet!!!

Good morning from stormy Indiana!

Carol and I stopped early yesterday and sought high ground near the restrooms aka storm shelter due to severe storm & flash flood warnings. That line of storms came roaring through about midnight to 3 am with high winds and heavy rains. The most dangerous part of the storm however was the weather radio alarm going off twice....enough to make a body wet her pants So we survived, snug as 5 bugs, and all is calm this morning. We'll have to watch for high water in places when we get on the move today.

Hope Redetotry got your elec. back and didn't lose it again last night.

well good morning ladies, I'm up early this morning so have time to post a little.
Bandit kept me awake for a long time last night, he had some sort of "spell" he is
getting old and not well so I'm really kind of expecting it but still had to worry
if he was going to make it through the night. He seems fine this morning.
With all the crazy weather the rest of the country is having we are not without
our own, its gotten really hot way too early and ASU graduation with the president
doing his speech took up the majority of the "news"waves. The stadium was just
too hot for the majority of the relatives not used to the heat and they had alot of
emergency calls.
We are counting the days to the end of another school year, can remember the
day when this was a happy time of year but that doesn't hold true this year, it
actually puts me in a depression cause come July I'm gonna wonder how the bills
will get paid. Hopefully summer school will be better than expected. Have been
on the search for a parttime job but have not had any success in that dept.
I'm doing good with not smoking, just in case anyone is wondering, I'm really liking
my electronic cigarette, and I don't have to go outside in the heat to "smoke" it.
I'm off to view a few posts and then get ready for work. Catch ya later, and have
a great day, taking coffee and a snack to go.

Good morning everyone. Barbz, we're glad you back even without a "new" graphic. Glad to hear the surgery is scheduled is you're readyto go.

Enjoying Betty's so signed up for 2 more days and won't be leaving til tomorrow. Met Acadianmom (Martha) and another woman for dinner (Readytogo83 - Karen) and had a great time eating and getting acquainted. Martha and I already had happy hour at Betty's earlier. Will try and post a few pics. Still haven't decided which way to go when we leave, but something will turn up.

A short light rain this am but clearing up. Will be hot and humid again. Hope all have a safe day, whether traveling the roads or the forum. carold

Well it is another wet rainy day in the Pacific Northwest. DS 12 baseball game was called because of the rain. They now have 2 games to make up. At this rate...Baseball season might go until June. We are actually all very tired of the rain. Even the old timers here are saying that it has just been too wet of a winter/spring. Normally I don't mind the rain...but I have to agree that we need a few more nice days in between. I have actually turned the furnace back on. We normally have had it turned off by now, generally sometime in late April we shut it off. Then on the occasional cool mornings we use the fireplace. We are in this cold snap of went and rain. In fact it is snowing again up in the mountain passes.

I have to admit I am getting excited about our big trip and even the couple of little one's before it. I like getting away from home, and the rat race of life.

Did I tell you that you guys are are awesome and great morning company. The Blue Berry muffins are wonderful.

Good morning all from very, very warm TX. It's so fun to have a fast connection again. I get spoiled very quickly! Today will be finishing up last minute details for departure to San Miguel on Saturday. Wouldn't you know I left my Spanish phrase book and dictionary at home in CA. We are all getting very excited! But, first up is a trip to local Park to dump the tanks in RT. I am a bit sad to be putting her in "moth balls" for a month. Time to get out and about. Hope you all have a fun day!

Good morning all my Sisters, wind is blowing this morning but the rain has stopped. One thing you really noticed coming out of the desert is GREEN everything, trees, ground, shrubs. As much as I hate leaving the casita I do miss my family so I'm more than ready for some big hugs and lots of giggles. My dear sweet Aunt already has plans for her & I to take off to the Toppenish casino for a day. She's hooked on the penny machines. I'll have to ask her how much she played on the slot machine games CD's I gave her last Summer to tie her over in the winter time when she could not go to the casino.

LOL Dan already has a student lined up for a lesson down here, should put up one of our flyers in the laundry room so they know he is in the park. Also let Russ Deans RV center know, our salesman should still be there and maybe he can refer Dan to some of the new buyers.

OK heading for the shower....aaaah to be on full hookups again...such bliss after 3 days of boondocking lol.

Great posts from everyone while I was at school today. I LOVE reading these morning posts to get caught up on what's going on.

Ava...can't you get your checks spread thoughout 12 months instead of 10 months? Or would that just be too little income for it to work? I wouldn't survive summer without a giant check for the last of June, all of July, and all of August for me. That way, I can make my monthly payments for those two months I have off, and then try to survive on what's left. Sometimes, I have to dip into my measly savings---and I REALLY mean measly!

Your winds weren't so bad, Soos, cuz they are here in CO. I got used to the winds slowing down overnight in TX - seems strange for them to have picked up here. Hopefully my generator work gets finished soon and I can head down the road for a few hours this afternoon/evening - cuz that's when the winds are supposed to be not so bad today. Get to my friends and don't have to worry about them for a couple days

Am in the process of changing my insurance. Really happy with the new company I found - which gives me a discount because I'm switching to the mailbox service I am in SD. It's all falling right into place.

Well, I was up at 5:30 this morning, but didn't get the chance to get online. Kept my niece's daughter all day. Now I get on here and realize what yummies I missed, and to think, I had Cheerio's and soy milk, yum.

Ava, great on the not smoking. I have 3 months now, I really enjoyed it, but between him and I we figured we were spending almost 300 a month, now that's alot of fuel & campground fees as I see it
