It's Really Thursday !

It's really Thursday....and I finally got back home...long drive with Critters and hubby...but I made it.. I'm now unpacking the few things and then off to the Shop the Rig goes...for new batteries and all the fixin's...but that's always the way it goes with these "Gems" but it sure was good drivin' cepting bridges..gosh I think I dislike them more as I get on in my golden years HA!

For those that don't remember...I took a leave of absence due to a lot of family problems...and mine as well.. Trial has been postponed....and that's a hard set on the family.. we'll get through it..with a lot of prayers and as they say "Maybe not in this life time justice will prevail...but I have no doubt that the Devil will get it's due " Enough with that...

As for me, ...mmm I'm on to the Drs and will be getting ready for up coming surgery and after that I'll be back in rare form I'm sure...but I know you are all in good hands and enjoying your morning shares...Keep my kitchen clean cause ya know I'm a sticker for not having a messy table...and always have some goodies for the breakfast table..ya all know.. that Continental Breakfast is always "The Best" uh oh I see my computer needs fixin' too... My B's are stickin'

I've missed a few birthdays and I do appologize... Paulette you did good !! and Soos, I see you've been starting the coffee aaaaah good now as for the rest of you... I sure do miss ya.. and I've got a lot of catching up to do.. to see what you've all been doing...

So for this morning.. I have my coffee on..(sorry no flavored coffee here) Tea Kettle is a Whistlin' and the Cola's are cold and I do have some Banana Nut Blueberry Bread..and some Cinnamon Buns..and a New York Crumb Cake...aaaaaah yep and some Biscotti... Table is set up pretty this morning.. cause I just new my Sista's would be visiting..

Tis chilly this morning..more than I'd like it.....but it's "Home Sweet Home"... hubby did good keeping house up...just a few dust piles around..I'm not complaining...but is it Oct yet ????? LOL...

Sorry Lori, I missed ya... just got all my email uploaded and saw your note...darn and ya know I saw that Camping World as I drove by... Lord willin though I might be able to make the GTG in Sept...crossing all my T's on that...

Ok, It's that time I need to get my coffee fix...but couldn't resist saying "Morning"

So all do know I'm thinking of you and miss you all dearly... Keep my family and me in your prayers if ya can..

Good morning Zeeee!!! So glad to see you in the kitchen this morning. We've sure been missing you. You keep taking care of yourself and check in to let us know how you're doing. Soos or someone is always up early here to start the coffee and keep this thread alive for you.

Goooood Morning sistahs!!!

Holy smokes Barbz in the kicthen again!! Boy it's a good thing no parties have been going on and that everyone has been cleaning up after themselves. Even Sparkle has been to busy lately to make any mess!!!

So Glad to see ya back Lady. Mmmmmmm?? You are not nice this morning! Making me make a decision so early in the morning of whether to have banana nut blueberry bread or cinnamon rolls. OMG I'll probably pop a circuit trying to make up my mind.

Now that Kelly and I are out here in AZ there is no way I can do a post and the morning coffee. Not unless I stay up late and do one. But I'm telling ya that is gonna be hard work too. AZ does not follow daylight savings crap! So instead of being 2hrs behind like ya would think we are actually 3hrs off east coast time. It's 11:14am on the east coast and it's 8:15am here. All this fresh air has been raising cain with our sleep habits too. Every day that we have been on the road Kelly has had a fit that she is going to bed so early and worst of all she is fit to be tied that she has been waking and getting up so early in the mornings!!!! And she doesn't even have to go into work. She was about ready to cry this morning as she was fighting to stay asleep. She finally asked this morning if it was possible that here in AZ it got more sunshine than TN. Had to explain that she was no longer in a room with curtains, that combined with the house/roof that it blocked the sun. And of course that fresh air will do ya in anyway! Poor little girl. hehehehehehe

Ok need to get off my duff and get a couple bowls out so we can have cereal for breakfast and I think I'll grab a cinnamon roll to go with my cereal.

Oh yeah the Shade dog is with me!!! She is doing the shade thing out here for sure. She's crashed under the table in the shade. We are going to WalMart today and look for a canopy, we've got to have something other than a tarp to put over us. Right now we are using two umbrellas with UV backing that are clipped to the end of the picnic table. They keep our heads out of the sun and the laptops out of the sun but that is about it. We need something bigger to totally cover the table. They are calling for rain on Saturday so we need something to cover things up with and it will help to get the coolers out of the sun. All three of us will appreciate the shade.

Kelly, you body is getting all that needed rest it didn't get with that old job of yours and your Mom's. Take advantage of that as it's sooooo good for you health!

BARB!!! I never even looked to see if you might be online this am! How GREAT to see you in your kitchen! I will look from now on before I post anything, to give you time to do your usual grand kitchen entry that we all miss so much.

So sorry to hear the trial has been postponed....just lengthens the stress on your whole family. Hugs to you all.

Glad your surgery is scheduled, and we wish you the best of luck with that, hoping you came back able to run the Boston Marathon next year! We'll be thinking of you, and waiting to hear how you are doing during your recovery period.
