Still in the infant stage of our plans, but a few of us are already interested in a GTG in central WI. I tried this when I was workamping in MI, but it fizzled. I would love to have a big GTG work out. I will be workamping at http://www.deertrailparkcampground.com, for the summer, so I'll check on site availability when I get up there. Sue thinks maybe she would be able to make it if it's the 2nd week of August, so starting with that, since I'm a captive audience Cheryl seems interested, too. Think maybe I can convince Barbie, with the advance notice. Let's see who else is

That's a bit far for me but never know - I've never been to WI. Couple years ago, I'd never been to MI so it is possible.
Let us know what you find out about sites when you get there. I did notice on their web site that that offer a 10% discount for groups of 10 +. Surely 10 ladies can make that gtg.

I'm in, if possible. We're in the process of selling our home, moving to smaller place, hoping for condo, and buying a MH. If all falls into place on schedule, we're there. If not, I can go up for a few days, at least, and stay in nearby cabin, motel or something. Or bunk in with someone, maybe. Looking to meet some new and familiar WRV faces!

very tempting. want to make a trip to Iowa this summer had hopes that dd would be able to go with me
but she was sick for the better part of two weeks bye bye vacation...then her son is hoping to get married this
summer Aug was mentioned so that will be something to figure in when making plans...if I do it will be via car and tent

my husband's family lives in Columbus Junction haven't been out since the year before his passed away...just need to go sides that love it

Quite a ways from my domicile of West Des Moines. Can't say that I've ever been there, but cool that you have a connection to my homeland

Yes, SW of Wisconsin Rapids, along the Wisconsin River. I've been told by several people, lately, that it's a beautiful area

I would like to go to WI. never been there! Have a grandbaby due in Sept and my daughter-in-law was in the hospital for a few weeks before the last one was born - so I things are going well with the pregnancy - I could do that !!!

Not sure where you are headed in Iowa, but I know 2 of us plan to be near Iowa City in mid April. I should post it on the board...we happened to just find out about our common place adventure on facebook.
