Good Morning, Sunny and cool here but supposed to warm into the mid-sixties which will help dry up the mud. I dreamed about my friend in Ireland Friday night so called her Saturday morning. My dream was that she came to visit and I was so happy to see her. It was one of those dreams that seem super real and as we were hugging hello it was like I could really feel our arms around each other. When I told her my dream she said, I am coming in two weeks, but I'll be in TX visiting my brother, his wife and new baby. So guess my dream was my consolation that even though she is coming, I won't get to see her.
Nothing planned here for the day except church fpr which I need to start getting ready or I'll be late again.
Hope everyone finds at least one special fun thing to do today.

Morning! BJ hop in Elsie and go see your friend in Texas! That’s why you have that rig!

Years ago we had a really mean Blue Jay in our yard who had Tink scared to go outside. He’s dive bomb her every chance he got. Certainly didn’t miss him when he was gone.

It’s supposed to get up to 80 today and tomorrow. Too early for that and we need moisture.

Ashley just picked up Bronc. He was one tired pup last night because he just had two half hour catnaps yesterday and not his normal three hour nap. He was really good until the reception and by then he was just sick and tired of being passed around and held all the time and wanted down to move around on his own. But there were too many people to let that happen safely so we ate and brought him home. Gave him a bath and a bottle and he fell asleep at 7:45 and didn’t get up until about 8:30 this morning and then he was full of P&V and a hungry little hippo! He didn’t share one bit of his breakfast with Radar. Momma looked really tired I hope he’ll nap this afternoon so she can get some sleep.

Today is going to have to be catch up day for the things I normally do on Saturday. Have a corned beef I want to get in the crockpot so I can make Rueben’s for St. Paddy’s Day and I need to make some rye bread. Friday after work I went to the grocery store to pick up one because they were on the specials for the week. They were out all ready! I jokingly asked Ron (the owner) what in the heck he expected me to eat on St. Patrick’s Day...especially since I’m about the only Irishman in town. (this is basically a German, Dutch and Czech community) He said that he didn’t order as many as last year because they had so many left over. Then later that night I got a phone call from him and he told me that he had driven to the warehouse and picked up two more cases and to come in the next morning to pick one up….but he wasn’t going to supply the green beer. Gotta love small towns!

Well better get going. Have a great day.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

good morning ladies
well, it was a very pleasant 63* sitting outside this morning. It is suppose to be 89 today and way too early for that kind of temperature but I won't
complain cause it could be cold and cloudy like some parts of the world, but I love the sunshine. :D and....its why I have an air conditioner. lol
Nothing on the agenda today, just going to kick back and enjoy a lazy day before getting back to work tomorrow.
Ya'll have a great day, be safe and be healthy.

BJ, I agree, hop in Elsie, or catch a plane, and go give that friend a real hug! How great would that be? And you have two weeks to figure it out!

Morning all. They finally started having Ranger Programs in our amphitheater. One Friday (which I had to miss) and one last night (which I caught most of). The one Friday night will be repeated this coming Friday, so I'll try to make that one - although, I might be out and about again. Not a lot of days left to do things before I head north!

Ava, you can always come down and visit in the mountains - highs still upper 60's, lower 70's here.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Beautiful day here in SoCal! A few clouds and supposed to be in the low 90's. Good riding weather, but I have company coming tomorrow and my house is a train wreck, so guess I better stay home and clean. sigh. Finished up the swamp cooler this morning, no leaks, working well and got the T-stat calibrated. Darn thing needs to be calibrated every year and sometimes twice, but it sure is nice to have. I kept yelling hello at my grand next door and she kept turning around looking for me....LOL! She started yelling hellooooo back and turning in a circle. I finally hollered...look up! I was on the roof...she still had trouble finding me.

Hope everyone has a grand day!

I vote go see your friend BJ! Another nice day here. Still 4 days till its officially spring and we are setting new records for heat with yesterday 83! Hope this is not the trend for spring and summer, setting new high records, ESP with the drought and no rain in sight. We actually turned the AC on in house last night for a while when thermometer reached 81 in hall. We are spending a quiet weekend with just one more radiation treatment for hubby tomorrow, then he begins the rest and recover which can take 6 to 12 months they say. I'm so glad this is almost behind us! I so need to finish taxes and continue work on projects put off. Have a wonderful week all.

Very rainy here yesterday and today, but it feels good. We need the moisture here after an unusually dry winter for us. Alas, the skiing has been almost nonexistent this year in Oregon. I'm just relaxing today, as this coming week will be busy with appointments. I've decided I would like to trade my Free Spirit SS for a previously owned LTV Serenity, because I would like a permanent bed. I love this little rig but it's getting difficult to pull out the bed every night. Unfortunately there are very few used Serenities at dealerships. I'd prefer to go through a dealership because it seems an easier way to do a trade-in. Everyday I scour the internet looking for one!

Everyone have a good day, and be happy!

Sam's must think there are a lot of Irish in Lafayette. I was in there Friday and there were 2 cases full of corned beef. I thought about getting one but Harold didn't like the one I cooked last year.

I delivered my cakes this morning. I had a headache so didn't stay. Bingo is not my idea of a fun time.

Judi, have you checked RV Trader? Might help finding one you can get to. We love our electric sofa in our LTV FreeSpirit , easy to push button and make the bed. But it sure would be nice to have a bed all ready when you want a nap. We don't always put ours back into sofa unless we need sofa for seating, as we sit in the tiny opposing benches to eat.
