For you ladies that are RNs, if an adult has had measles as a child, does that eliminate any possibility of getting it again - having developed immunity many years ago?

Or do those medications that suppress the immune system and cause the person to be immune compromised require the person to take special precautions even though they've had measles? I ask because starting yesterday I've had all the symptoms of measles except the rash (which usually comes about 4 days later - which would be Monday). I also read online that immune-suppressed patients sometimes don't get the rash. I want to figure this out before I go anywhere around others.
