Hey, It's Monday..Morning to All !.... My weekend went too dang fast... had lots going on here ..more like clean up the yard and get those "Live Oak " Leaves picked up... I had Diane and Bob the couple that takes care of my home for me when I'm back in Philly.. They are the best !! We have over 50 bags at the curb..Yikes and still more to pick up..and let me tell ya..them suckers just constantly fall... Put the sprinkler system into gear and yep a few heads were busted so got those replaced and before I knew it..Sunday was here and went... and I'm dragging ...

Watched launch but from TV as where I am you really can't get to see much ..as we have huge, huge trees..in fact we have the oldest Oak trees in the State of Florida I have been told..and it is really gorgeous here..sets back in and you feel like you are going into the wilderness..

Thanks Lizzie and RV Grammy for taken great shots of blast off.. It still amazes me ..going out there in space..I just remember Flash Gordon and here we are...flying beyond the Moon ...and now..a Space Station.. uh oh.. Star Trek..here we come !!!

The Sista's had a good time together at Port Lavca..shame had to cut short..but Beth we're all hoping you are getting everything fixed..cause ya don't want to have it go out on ya while up in Alaska...brrrrrrrrr.. but hear tell the party will continue back in Beth's campground...oooooh my oh my ..

Oregontocal (Chris) was good hearing from you and happy to hear that you are really enjoying this latest move.. into a Stick house and it was a really cute one... now we'll have to wait till you do your adventures on the Get Aways..do keep that rig..cause ya just never know..and it's always a home no matter where ya parked..

Echo..reading all that you do in a day..exhausts me..but lately it only takes a little to do that number... I'll be anxious to meet you and Kelly too..but if ya change plans don't worry..cause our paths will cross..

Cedar..sorry to hear the teams lost but like Echo said..it wasn't really a loss..after all look how far they came..and to loss to a great team is never really a loss..but wait till next year.. Now enjoy your weekends and relax and play catch up with us !!!

Nasoosie...(Soos) I was thinking you so enjoy that cold weather...we're gonna have to make sure you have a lot of ice around ya...cause when you get here we've been in the high 80's plus humid...crank up that AC..LOL... Looking forward to catching up with you too..when you get to Florida...

Ava, thanks for posting about Bob Skelding and keeping us posted..oh and by the way.. Your dream..well I have to tell ya when I started reading it I was praying that you found those crittes and Knocked that Bald guy in the head as you ran by LOL... that definitely caught my tension span...wow !!!

We also have a "Newbie"..ReAnns...Welcome to our humble Abode...as you have probably discovered we are a really neat bunch of Women with a few Men thrown in for good measure.. We are truly Sista's in the name of Adventure and yep we is nosy but of a great kind..and by reading some of your info..goodness you truly are an Adventurous.. We are really happy you joined us..

Ok, I have to tell ya...I'm pretty exhausted so I'm gonna bail out..oh that word...shutters me LOL.. but I am so dawg dang tired...over did the weekend big time sooooooooo I'm gonna put on a pot of the best perked coffee on the East Coast and yep, my whistling kettle for those that rather drink tea and see... I do have some dunkin donuts..and some cinnamon buns.. and some apple pockets... so please do help yourselves...Sit a spell and let us know what's happening in your neck of the woods..and what or where you are heading...

Good Monday Morning to you, Barb, and all!

Temperature is 25, which is perfect for my being able to drive out of the driveway this morning without sinking to the depths of hell! Moon is bright, even though not full any more, and the sun is to shine all day, thus warming us up and melting even more snow. I fear I will be walking in and out of the driveway most of this week. Oh well....guess I can stand it----I always have done it in the past!

Cedar's basketball girls and boys certainly did have a GREAT season! What fun it must have been for your town to follow their accomplishments. CONGRATS to them both!

Gotta get moving here, as Mondays always intimidate me and I tend to run late and frantic to be on time!!!

Barb, I will try to get a map of where my house is in FL to email to you, and I will need a detailed one to wherever we might be able to meet somewhere, too. Sure would be fun to see as many people as we could muster!

Goooood Morning Sistahs!!!!

Just a quickie post this morning, I kinda over slept a little bit. Made inroads in the bedroom, but had to quit to run to the store. We were hungry! Got a few groceries, got back home, Kelly cooked, we ate and then came to a grinding halt! LOL That is until it was time to go to bed for the night!!! In had to clean off the bed and clear a path in the bedroom. Dang where did all this 'stuff' come from. Whew!!!

Have to go in at 10:30 this morn, blech!! I'd like to know what happened to the speech the boss gave about no mandatory overtime??? I think it got lost in the shuffle some where!

Ok I'm on my second cup of coffee but really feel the need for the whole pot! I have got to get my skanky weekend butt in the shower. I will check back in later.

Good morning all,..... and thanks to those who congratulated our teams. yes, the school's students and faculty and most of the community travelled to be there for the kids. Spirits are ok here this a.m. they know they did a good job and have moved on and talking baseball season. Practice starts this week.

Sun is shining,... snow is melting,... I didn't even have to wear a jacket to school at 7 a.m..... spring is HERE!

Took my RV in to get the mouse nest evicted & wire replaced...wouldn't ya know they sent the wrong part? So now they reorder...might be in tomorrow, we'll see. I'm beginning to think there's a message in all this. Looked at a nice Class C while I was waiting. A 2008 Jayco....maybe Carolinagal will be interested.

Yes, Barbz, let's all get together with Soos! You've got my number, or I'll call you. Got to look up when that is again. I'm planning to go to my dd's in GA during her spring break (April 3-7) and camp in her brand new 2010 33'TT. (Yikes) Couldn't convince her to buy used, but sounds like she got a really good deal. Hope she can pull it.

Need to go wash a lot of pollen off both my vehicles. It's still falling, but needs to be kept up with. What we really need is a good rain.

Good Monday morning to all.
I woke up to a strangely quite and empty house this morning for the first time in almost a month. Last of company left Sunday afternoon. I fear it is going to take me another month to clean up and get everything back where it belongs.
Started on a mountain of laundry last night. On second load, the washer decided to dance across the floor before I could get it shut off. I cannot budge the monster; not sure who to call to get it moved and leveled again.
We had a few tense moments here and there but overall, Nicky handled all the extra people in his house better than I thought he would. He even enjoyed the extra attention from those he warmed up to quickly; others kept their distance.
Think I'm going to have to go on a bland diet for a few days as my insides are not happy about all the rich food downed especially the last week. Will go look for Sparkle's beet soup directions for starters.
Will catch up on all the posts I can while finishing last of late morning coffee.
