Yep, prices high in CA. I paid $16 a day for kitty visits about 20 years ago here in CA! Ugh. So now they travel with us in RB or stay home if son stays home.

It will be a wet paradise later in the week with from 1 to 4 inches of rain in the valley and feet of snow in 6000 ft and above mountains. Finally! And no one here is complaining. I am one of those now fairly rare people who can say I was born and raised here in Ca! And I doubt I will ever move elsewhere but one never knows what future will bring.
