Tuesday...Morning grrrrrr Lost my whole dang post..and it was funny..but now I'm exhausted and tired and ain't funny now..
Gosh I hate that..and I was just submitting the dang thing and it zapped away...far far far away...Like I'm going very shortly..

Ok, here's the scoop..not much happening..Campfire is going strong..and all seem to be out and about with the extra light of day...

So, you will have to do your looking on your own this morning cause I'm spent !!!

I put the Tea pot up and had such a cute story..but that will have to happen another time...However, I have Crumpets and Tea Cakes for the table..
and hope you all understand...

Good morning, Barb and Everybody!

How well I know the feeling of losing an entire post you have your heart and soul into! It just drives me bonkers, and there is no way you can repeat the whole thing again. And I KNOW exactly why mine do it, when they do it.....it's usually when I forget to edit something, like correct spelling or something, on the preview panel rather than this panel where all the typing gets done. Sometimes, however, it happens when I hit the tab button instead of the enter button to get down the page. Two tabs instead of two enters makes the entire message go bye-bye forever!

Anyway, I hope all had a fun day yesterday, and that today will be even funner! My doings were fixing my cuckoo clock---it's up and running like a champ again----(Thanks, Liz, for the picture of your clock that inspired me to get mine going again!) and getting in a few minutes of rowing on my rowing machine I have stationed next to the nightly news TV. That and going to work, of course, in a sleet/ice/freezing rainstorm! But I made it, unlike some cars that were off the road.

Time to get moving here----thanks for the coffee! Have a fun day, and share it with us all. I so love to come home from school and check these posts to see what's up in the lives of others!

I had losing a post! If I'm posting and it is running a little long, I've learned to copy & paste it to my notepad. But of course I forget to do that half the time. I'm so jealous of everyone having GTG's!! I'd love to with you all. We are still on track to full time for at least a year this fall, but that means doing at all between now and then. I have been making easter baskets for pups! They are so cute. And we are getting ready to "cater" a big dog event April 3rd so business has kept me very busy.

One of my foster pups has been adopted & her new family is picking her up Saturday. It will be a happy/sad day for me, but I believe ahe has found a wonderful home. Now I'll be down to 6 dogs, that is until another little one needs a place to stay. We are trying to get the numbers down. When we leave next fall I'd like to be down to 3.

Morning, all..........
Today is "pack stuff up and get ready to head to Mickey's House" tomorrow.......we'll take our time packing things for the 2 hour trip across the state....

Had issues with the stomach last night.....hugging the toilet for a few minutes....feel fine this morning, but will keep to the liquids most of the day.....the drs. keep telling me that all is fine....maybe just something not agreeing with me..... Okay, fine, but hate it when that happens....

All righty, then....I hear Ernie moving back in the bedroom and he'll want to read the e-mail while having his coffee, so I'll go for now...

ok, 3 days of lazy is enough, I'm going bonkers and gotta clean house today and do
laundry. I did get out in the yard yesterday and moved gravel, put a border around
the septic systems burppost out in the corner, weed barrier and gravel on top of
that. Really need to paint it white, then put some lattice up on it, I have the lattice
just not the paint. It will make a nice raised place to set some of my pots that are
growing things. (gotta keep stuffed raised out of Peeing range)
Worked on the baby afghan and its almost done, only about 8" to go. Then I'll start
another one for the august baby thats due. (both are friends of daughter)
Coffee is brewed and gonna make some toast. The dogs will be up soon and want
their breakfast. Have a great day, and be safe.

Gooood Morning Sistahs!!!

Oh my the weather is simply beautiful out my back door. I sure the heck to not want to go into work today. Temp is nice, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, all in all it's about perfect out there. ~sigh~ Tho I just might take tomorrow or Thursday off. Came home to a "For Rent" sign in the front yard on Sunday. Well the landlord has people coming to look at the house on Thursday. This place is a disaster. Yeah, yeah I know. It's to be expected when your trying to get around to move. But it's still a mess and it bothers me that someone will be coming in. To tell the truth I usually don't feel up to much when I get up in the mornings and by time we get home there isn't much time to do a lot, not to mention that we are both tired when we get home.

Speaking of tired??? When the doc gave me the medicine for the high BP she warned that it might make me a little dizzy and tired. But I figured it would be ok cause I was to take it at bedtime. But I didn't think it would make me tired all the time!!! Good Grief I thought that getting my BP under control would make me feel better. I am literally tired all the time. I even nodded off at work last night twice right in the middle of talking to a customer. And then in between calls I was dozing off. Kelly had to keep poking me. I think I will wait another week then go have my BP checked and maybe try to talk to the doc about this. sheesh!

I've been swilling coffee since I dragged out of bed this morning. Thanks Barbz for having yours ready. I have drank yours and mine both. I will be sloshing every step I take today. Also sat and had a bowl of cereal and toast for breakfast this morning. But I guess it's time to get off my butt. I think I'll go work on getting my bedroom straightened up. Only time I'm gonna have to get things around. ~sigh~

The 87 yr old step mother called several days ago so that I could come down and trim her toe nails......today. She usually isn't that interested in my visiting, says she is busy (which is good) but like clock work I get the call if she needs me. I usually take a pup with me.....makes the visits better and I don't have to have as much conversation. Long history....but bottom line is that I don't trust her to appreciate real emotions and life issues. It isn't that she purposefully set out to hurt people, but as a minister once said...if you get run over with a steam roller it hurts the same whether it was an accident or on purpose. So I learned to not stand in front of her a long time ago. I always think of the concept of multiple intelligence......her inter and intrapersonal skills are not as connected as they should be.....It is kind of sad but strange.....she likes the dogs So today with the help of the dogs, I will be out visiting. Oh, and I joined Facebook! Like we all need another place to be on the computer. But it was nice that my daughter and my son's "significant other" befriended me, so it will be easier to keep up with each other....and there are picture!

Morning all
I have missed you; too much company plus working on taxes has kept me away past few days and looks like will happen again much of this week.

A dear friend who lives in SC has been staying with me for couple of weeks now. Her mother's health was failing and she was here to see about her. The dear lady passed away on Sunday. By tonight I will have 6 house guests as my friend's children arrive for the funeral. Nicky has never seen so many people in house and I'm a bit concerned about his behavior. So far, so good.

I will try to catch up on reading posts as I can but don't expect things to get back to normal around here before the weekend - think that is the current plan for all to leave.

Weather has been great for past few days. Hard to believe it was snowing just last week.

Oh I'm sorry to hear about Donna's Mom. I wondered what had happened to you, no posts for a while. By the time your house gets back to normal and you get those taxes done, (how long have you been working on them, it seems like forever?) anyway, the weather should be getting better and you'll be able to get out in the world again.

Sorry about the death that brings you a houseful of people, and I hope it brings out the best in Nicky. He'll probably surprise you.
