Monday, Monday..oh yeah ..it's Monday ..Morning All !... Still not caught up with my hour...and by the time I do catch up with it...well, it will be time to change again.. Sunday for me was a long long day..and here it is the First day of the week...and I'm already dragging...well sorta... Weather was gorgeous and I watched the birds fly by...then by afternoon I had to turn on the AC...now that's something I haven't done in a long, long, long time.. Felt good too !!! Ok, enough I've got a busy day planned for my eventful day...and then I have a follow up meeting with the G M of where I live regarding putting an article in our monthly news letter ...Now this should be some what of a challenge..How our Board of Directors will want this worded..already have a draft done up.. Let's see if they will get this one Politically Correct ...LOL Ok..now let me scan and then fall back..wait..that's spring forward back in bed for a few..(yeah sounds good )..

Lizzie...you room looks good and I know you are one happy camper..now on with the company and then you can hit the open road...

RV Granny (Lori and Ernie) why you is at Cedar Key...not far from me by the way..here I'm thinking you are below me around Tampa area..checked the map shoot you is to the North west of me...hmmmmmm..loved them big birds..gosh, it's the family too..LOL..

Cedar..sorry to hear you are having one of those restless nights..might be the excitement regarding your grand daughter's winning..or maybe you just have been missing us..campfire is a great place to be...heck..herbal tea is relaxing...or maybe just maybe it might be that hour we lose..???? Got me good !!!

Asirimarco (Carol and Bill) moving on from Queretaro ...sure have missed those great pictures..but I can understand the difficult time in some of the locations...She and Bill are sure on a nice Adventure...so keep an eye out as when she can ..You know we're in for some great colorful shots.. I can hear that mexican music...and oh my taste that great food...but don't drink the water !!!

Almost there (Lenora) is keeping us in line..she's done posted the Rules for the Gods..2009...check them out...

Fernie, sure hoping all is going well for you.... as I know you are in Texas as I type...pop in when you can ...keep us posted...

Echo, glad to hear that you and Kelly made it back home safely..but woman..you need to take care of yourself...WE are always worried about ya.. and soon you two will be away from that hectic lifestyle and enjoying the beauty around ya... Gosh we all can't wait to hear about it too...

the Port Lavaca GTG group is beginning to emerge..make sure you all follow that one..cause I hear..just by some strange remark..that Elvis is still Living...LOL Enjoy Sista's cause we is gonna be anxious to see who's gonna tell all....

the Pa GTG is forming as well..so all that can be in the area..check that one out too.. Dates are being set in..

aaah and the other GTG in Albuquerque in April 09...around the corner... lots going on.... so keep an eye out..

Florida GTG seems to have gone somewhere... but any of you..iffn' ya come by Wildwood, I'll gladly meet up with ya.. I'll be heading home April 25th..

Ok, now I've got my coffee pot on..and the kettle is filled with water...so she'll be whistling soon enough..and for those that are well watching their intake.. I have some cantaloupe, pineapple, apples ...but for those that aren't..well partners... I have cinnamon raisin bagels with oooooh yeah cream cheese..and have those darling little donut holes..and the dunkin biscotti... and look what just came out of the oven....apple turnovers..ouch..

Come sit a spell and let's hear where you're going or what your doing ... Ya know we're nosy...heck feed us all that good stuff...

GOOD MORNING ALL!

(I just had a great message all typed up and then tried to edit the wrong panel, and ZAP! All gone! So please forgive me for just copying my other message as I have no time left.)

Temperature is at 27 this morning, thank heavens, so I think I'll be able to drive out my driveway that had turned pretty much into a deep layer of mud over still-frozen ground. And it's snowing HARD out there! They say we might get up to 6 inches of it before it ends this afternoon. That's good by me!

The clocks are telling me it's 5:00, but my body knows better!

I packed some summer clothes yesterday, put my bed-on-wheels in the covered bed of my truck, Molly's large dog crate, and gathered some other things I don't want to forget to take with me---camera, GPS, walkie-talkies to listen to trucker talk, cell phone. I also got my taxes sort-of figured and will bring all the stuff to the guy at school to see if I came even remotely close to being accurate in figuring what I will owe. I also loaded three big bags of returnable cans to donate to the boy scouts' bin at the end of the road. The dump run I couldn't do because of the soft condition of the driveway. I also got my cuckoo clock out, cleaned, made minor repairs on it, and now will need to find a good place to hang it where it will be straight enough to run once again. I have zilch wall space here in the living room....hmmmmm. this will take some figuring!

We have a short week of classes as Friday is a Superintendent's Day with no kids. Wednesday I take my truck to the Ford dealer to be serviced and readied for my trip south. Saturday I take Molly to the vet for her annual checkup and any shots that need updating.

Coffee is great, Barb----Thanks! Those blueberry muffins that my friend made are still waiting to get eaten! I guess I'll bring them to school today, as I refuse to indulge for fear that scale will not show good news next Saturday! Oh yes....I also brought my rowing machine up from the depths of the cellar, and started a plan of getting into shape yesterday.

Good morning all!

I'm feeling a bit off this a.m. with a chest cold,... that was why I couldn't sleep, I guess. My granddaughter's basketball was done a couple of weeks ago. She's still junior varsity as a 9th grader,... This is the varsity teams that are moving on to regional tourny now. Both play on Saturday, the boys at SUNY Potsdam, and the girl's back at SUNY Plattsburgh. Then on to the state final four if they are lucky. I'll go to girl's game. Unfortunately they are not timed so I can get to both. It's probalby nearly a three hour drive between games.

OK gang,... I'm dragging off to work,... maybe I'll come home early if I don't start feeling better.

Good Morning, all! Yep, looks like it's going to be a lazy day here in Cedar Key....Ernie's going golfing with the guys here in a couple of hours and I'm debating weither to do the laundry or just chill.... It's such a great place to chill....

woke up to a slight drizzle this morning, just enough to clean the air and be
comfortable, its wonderful. Will take the dogs out for a nice little stroll around
the puddles, funny how they won't step in a puddle but they would wallow in a
mudhole
Have a baby afghan to finish up, will probably work on that, run to the grocery
store and do a little laundry. Not really anything exciting but its gotta get done.
Coffee cup is calling for a refill.

Gooooood Morning Sistahs!!!

Monday. BLECH!!! Oh I am so not ready for Monday and work. The very last thing I want to do is go into work. I am still dragging butt. My ankles are still swollen. No I take that back. They did go down last night while I was sleeping but have puffed back up since I got up? So much fun. NOT. I'm thinking hard about going back to the doctors? She said the pills for my BP might make me a little dizzy and tired. I thought ok, that wouldn't bother me as I as suppose to take them at bedtime anyway. But jeeze it seems like I'm tired all the time now. All I do is nod off. I've nodded off a few times here at the table this morn already. Ought to be really fun at work sitting bored waiting for calls. My supervisor will be after me constantly to sit up and wake up.

Suppose to be another gorgeous day today, giving us a taste of Spring. The buds on the trees say "OH YEAH" cause they are getting bigger. On one tree they have gotten fluffy. The Weeping Willow in the neighbors yard is covered with little tiny green things. Oh yeah, bring it on. I love Spring the most. Thursday and Friday is suppose to go back into the 40's. ~sigh~ But I know that Spring is peeking at me. It was warm enough on the way home yesterday that when I woke up at one point Kelly had the AC on. I don't know really if she was all that warm or if she just wanted some cool air blowing directly into her face to help her stay awake?

Barb?? If your not leaving out and heading for home until April 25??? We just might head your way in April on our way west. Have a mini GTG anyway. Our last day at work is April 10, wait for our paychecks to be mailed to us and then head out. ???? Hmmmmm ????

Ok need to get around, Kelly's in the shower now and it wont take her long. I guess we will be stopping and grabbing something to eat on the way to work. Had snackies yesterday while driving and a couple tuna sandwiches last eve for my dinner so a little bit to eat doesn't sound to bad right now.
