Goooood Morning Sistahs!!!!

OMG! I'm at the moment up and awake. Gads I couldn't sleep, woke myself up tossing and turning and so that caused Shade to do her morning "wake Mom up routine". So I did a potty run, have taken Shade out to do her potty run and here I sit. For the moment anyway. I will go back to bed until my alarm goes off. Did this yesterday morning too. Have no idea why?? ~groan~

Thought I'd stop by really quick and make sure things were ready for the morning rush and run.
Coffee is ready for when ya'll want some.
Tea kettle is still squeaking out a little whistle.
The jug of milk is in the fridge right next to the OJ and tomato juice.
Cereal is on the counter with the bowls and spoons.
Blueberry muffins, banana nut bread, lemon poppy seed mini muffins are looking good.
And of course the Biscottie is always here!
If'in ya want something cooked ya can do it yourself. BUT only if ya clean up after yourself.

Broom is in the corner, new roll of paper towels on the table and the wet table rag can be put to good use too.

I'm heading back to bed for a little bit. But I'll be back to check on ya'll.

Geez, I'm up early today, too!! It's been awhile since I was up with the chickens.... Maybe it has something to do with the fact I went to bed at 9pm.

Okay, today is pay the bills and go get groceries day.....then out to dinner with my "honey"....
Grabbed a muffin and coffee...already cleaned up my mess...

Good morning!! I am up with the chickens too!! I couldn't sleep so I grabbed some coffee and a muffin!! Looking at a clip on Google showing your house for anyone to see. That is scarey!! My sis was showing me that Christmas. It is scarey.

Good Morning All, Weather is suppose to hit 60 today but rain showers. I am so tired of being in the house I am going to put on a raincoat and enjoy the heat. I have impatiently waited for an order from Camping World. I finally ordered the trim strips for the rv. I need a warm day to bend them and slid in the track. I also ordered a push bar for the flimsy screendoor. Remember when you had to go shopping in a store to spend your money, now you sit in front of the computer. Shirl stuck in the house with a working computer is not a good combination. Hope everyone has a good day.

Morning all ya'll. On my second cup of coffee and the eyes are now open. Cloudy and humid here for now. Actually had to turn on the AC yesterday for a while. Time for me to get out of Texas. Got a call yesterday from a KOA on the coast of Washington state for a housekeeping job. Told him I was already committed but to please keep my resume for next year. I haven't been back to Washington since I left in the 60's.

Zeee, hope you're feeling better. Just take it easy and take care of yourself.

Echo, so glad you and Kelly are getting to take a vacation. Don't know anyone who deserves it more.

I Skyped yesterday with Carold but couldn't get my webcam working. Last night I went on Yahoo Messenger with a friend in Mass and my camera worked but was pretty jerky and had a time delay. Go figure. I've had this webcam for a very long time so am going to buy a newer one and hope it works better.

WEll I need to get moving - shower and off to the dentist, hopefully for the last time. He's a really nice man but I've been seeing way too much of him.

I am moving slow this morning. DH headed off to NC in his truck this morning to help the daughter. She has decided to lease out her house and rent something closer in to Charlotte (NC) with her significant other. She needed her father to do some work on her floors, first. He really got off easy. She was originally going to put it on the market for sale...then her would have had to help her paint and do more. Her colors are not beige! She is the art teacher/artist!!! Anyway she found three people to lease the house BUT they are moving in in Tuesday, that means she has to be out this weekend. I think she took off today to go go with Lucas and see what is available out and about town. She farmed her cat and her Golden out to friends.....we were afraid the cat might have to travel back to Ohio...aoparently, there was a waiting list lined up to take in her 10 year old Golden. Kate did discuss with me that she realised that Hannah had gotten most of her training living with me while Kate was in college.......Her friends don't know that of course.... Anyway, tha pups and I are free to not bother anyone with our schedule this weekend...we love that.....Herschel has some pictures that he wants to deliver to a few of his friends at the Heath Care Center and I want to go to Meijers and see if I can find the bracket the internet said they sell - to hang TVs under cabinets....I want to see if there is a weight listed. I am having trouble findin a 15 in flat TV that doesn't have a write up that makes it sound like junk. There appear mor options in the 19 in size but I am afraid of the weight limits...enough coffee for now. We are heading off

Yay! I'm home in CA!! It's 930 here, so it's late for a good morning to most of you! My five days on the road were just wonderful, no bad weather, just beautiful wide open country. Great over night visits with step sister in Tucson and friend in Fresno. And good to see my Dad and Step Mon look so fit when I arrived home. Lunch today with Sister and Auntie, hike on Sat with nephews, lots of family to catch up with.

Hope you are feeling better Zee. Looking forward to reading all the posts I have missed. Have a fun day!

Good late day in the evening!

Had a busy day here today, and now it's pouring rain out there, still way above freezing, and windy as all heck.

It sounds as if many of you were busy today, and I was glad to see that Barb took another day off to get rid of her headache stuff.

Tomorrow my satellite TV guy is coming to get rid of the extra dish I no longer need for local channels, and make sure the remaining dish will pick up everything I am paying for. So I will be stuck here for the morning, at least. After that, depending on what the weather brings, I need to begin thinking of what to pack for my FL trip! YIPPEE!!! I think we will stay in a hotel that allows dogs rather than my favorite Kamping Kabin, as my friend, Laura, might appreciate inside facilities better than a pee bucket! AND, I was looking at prices today at school during my breaks, and I think the prices are pretty comparable. I'll check with her tomorrow, and cancel the reservations I made for KOA if I can find Lumberton, NC hotel with fair price and dog=friendly.

Time for supper now....glad to see many of you wrote in here today! I really look forward to your posts!
