I am almost 60 yrs old...married 24 yrs...we've been in the camper all over SC for the past 7 years for my husbands work. we're in orangeburg now for this last job. then..we load up..go to sell our house in NC...emotional....
we are going to be volunteering at Suwanee in Florida for winter 2014/2015.
all this is a little scary at our age..but we're doing it..wish us luck and i hope to get to know you all.

I've yet to get the pictures in here and learn to navigate these pages.

Sounds like you have a plan all worked out and you're good to go.
Don't be scared...it's going to be a new adventure for you both.

Welcome to the forum. Hope our different "threads" provide you some useful information or at least let you know there is no perfect way to go about all this "lets go fulltime!" change of life styles. If nothing else....we usually help find the humor or at least some different perspectives for most everything....

it's high of 39° here in SC this week..anyplace in Florida nxt winter..mucho better.

our daughters in Illinois..Southeast area..
yeah..lottsa practice on the cleaning thing..that'll be my job.. :O

) Look on the Maintenance/Tech Issues thread. There's a topic right at the top about how to post pics. And yes you figured it out - quote is the way to go if you want to reply to something specific. And PM button (under the avatars) will send private messages.

Welcome! You have found a wonderful group of women.

I am headed to SE Illinois next week (flying) to help with my Mother's 95th birthday party. You are right about the weather up there and I sure hope it gets better by next week!!! This winter has really shown me why I live in Florida! :lol:
