BLACK STREAKS

I was wondering how you get rid of the black streaks that show up on your rig?
I have some that are faint but cant get rid of them. I want to take care of them
before they get worse.

They make a product for removing the black streaks. Try Walmart or your local rv supply store. It is a constant battle...one i will be facing soon myself.

Donna....those streaks generally come from your roof so it may need cleaning. Be sure you follow the directions for your particular kind of roofing material when you clean it. Some of the black streak cleaners work pretty well for the walls (not the roof) but be prepared to wax after you use them as they usually take the wax off. And Paulette is right, it is a constant battle.

Thetford black streak remover is much better than Camco sold at Walmart....IMHO

We use Awesome, which you can buy from the dollar store. We dilute it in water according to instructions and put in a spray bottle. It works great and the price is right. And yes, it probably will take the wax off with the black streaks.
