I called in to work to tell them I wouldn't be able to make it in because I was stuck in the bathroom with diarrhea. Got a message back that I either needed another doctors note excusing me from work for today or I had to be in to work at 1pm, or I would be suspended or worse. The other manager left a message wanting to talk to me to "go over their protocal". When I had a chance to get back to my manager, I said I was done with their nonsense and I quit.
Now I am wiped out (in more ways than one!) and just so upset about this whole thing. I just need to get back on my feet again so I can get a fresh start at the new place. (Need to get a different antibiotic too.)
Barbie you may not need an antibiotic, there are varying opinions now, here is a report from NBC news that talks about it http://vitals.nbcnews.com/_news/2012/03 ... otics?lite
Try the suggestion below and use a neti pot, this really helped me.
4: At the first sign of infection combine 1-2 teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 6 ounces of water, a teaspoon of raw honey or stevia to sweeten and drink 3 times a day for 5 days. The apple cider vinegar helps to thin congested mucus, so it can be easily eliminated.
5. Grapefruit seed extract (GSE): this citrus extract is a powerful natural antibiotic and is used to inhibit microbes, parasites, bacteria, viruses and 30 types of fungi including Candida yeast. For sinus infections you can purchase GSE as a nasal spray and use it as an adjunct to your treatment protocol.
