He's arrived

Meet Toby Tyler. This innocent looking little guy wants to be the boss, needless to say there has been a few 'disagreements'. The breeder said he would probably be very quiet and hold his tail down for the first few days but to be patient with him! HA!!! Tail has not been down, he has examined every inch of this house and intimidated Andy but Winnie stands up to him. She also said he wasn't a big eater, wrong he is a little chow hound. I gave him a biscuit in his crate this morning, then opened the door so he could come back out. He just sat there and barked until I brought his breakfast. I train so easily :D  He seems to be very clear with his expectations! His favorite toy so far is one that makes blood curdling screams. After we picked him up at the airport he sat in my lap the rest of the way home and yes slept with me last night. At the first potty stop (mine) he cried when I got out of the car. I think we'll keep him

I'll post more pictures of him but I was having problems downloading to my computer this morning.

Sounds to me like you may have an rv traveling pupper now! 'Cause I don't think he's gonna let you leave without him!! Welcome to the group Toby! When is his first GTG???

He's an absolute darling and seems to be getting you well trained. Sophie says to tell him he's doing the right thing in training you so early so you won't learn bad habits.

What a wonderful guy!

The William warns him not to train you too well. He has trained me to never leave the dinner table unguarded, and now he wishes I hadn't learned my lesson. (He was a stray, and he's still a food thief.)

...and don't let him train you so well that he won't let you leave him alone for appropriate time frames..... Think of "good" dog waiting patiently in his crate in RV while you get to wander off and have dinner in a restaurant or go sight seeing without him. :)

Photobucket was more responsive this evening so here are a couple more pictures. It is a bit quieter around here this evening. I think they have taken care of a few issues today, Andy finally had a little 'chat' with the little one about respecting his elders.
