I am so sorry Tina. What a great trip he had this summer. Probably one of the tops on his list. Hugs to all of Herschel's family. He will be missed a great deal by a lot of folks. Tugs on Stuart's leash and pets for Remi dog with a treat to both.

Thank you Tina, yes, those are the pictures and here I am crying again this morning. The sky is crying here, too. They sure do miss traveling with Herschel, Chewy refuses to have anything to do with them and they said traveling on the motorcycle is boring. Thank you again for the memories.

Tina, as those words have been spoken by all of us.. He will be missed..Herschel made us all laugh..although some of us never had the pleasure of meeting him ...we knew him well by all the antics that were posted..he is now at peace and will always be in your heart and is waiting for all of his family to meet again at that Rainbows Bridge..

That is a great tribute to a wonderful dog with a wonderful "mom." Herschel touched a lot of lives and will be missed by many.

Oh Tina, ...just know I'm thinking of you even though I'm new, don't know you, and didn't get to know Herschel...But I do know of the love for and the love from our sweet innocent loyal trusting doggies...just don't know any words to help you through your loss, your heartache, your sadness...feeling your pain...

Hard to type through my tears, but I was one of those lucky enough to meet Herschel a couple of times----both at Liz's and at the FL park GTG. He was what I would call a regal canine who just oozed character and love for his Momma. The pain of losing our 4-footers is almost too much to wish to adopt again-----almost, but not quite!

Hugs to you, Remi, and Stuart as you journey home with Herschel's spirit surrounding you. The pictures are wonderful.

Hope to see you in FL this winter again.

Tina, I don't mean to reopen the wound and it's hard to see my screen thru my tears but I am so sorry for the loss of Herschel. I did not know having totally missed the posting.

My heart goes out to all of Herschel's family, 2 legged and 4 legged. That handsome 4 legged gentleman will be so missed at the GTG campfires.

Much Love, {{{HUGS}}} and many strokes to sleek loving heads.

I do want to thank everyone for all their kind thoughts....Herschel lead by example with his generous spirit of looking for positive people and happenings....and expecting that good back scratches and belly rubs were just a given in life. He most often found what he was looking for. He reminded me often to look for the bright spots...and most often we do find things only because we first believed that they were findable...
