I, personally, wouldn't use one for both grey and black tanks. But that's just me. I have friends who boondock extensively and have 2 totes and replace the black one every year or so. It cannot be cleaned really well - at least that's what they tell me. I prefer to take my rig to the dump station or get honey wagon service if possible, over them. Again, that's just me.
In Guntersville last summer where I was without sewer, many used them for their grey tanks and used honeywagon when the black tank was full. Some used them for both, and some, like me, didn't use them at all.
