Today I walked for 20 minutes then did my weights with the help of the little dogs. Had a piece of baked Salmon with a bit of fresh lemon for seasoning for lunch. I need to walk more but it is so messy and cold outside I have been lazy.

Saw a chef on TV today cook with tilapia. I love white fish. Think I'll try some of his recipes. Said he bought it at Costco, but I can get something similar at my grocery store. They are frozen in individual vac sealed pkgs so you can easily take just one out to defrost. I always buy my fish fresh, or fresh frozen. Generally the fish in the brand name boxes have additives of some kind or another.
Today I bowled 3 games for exercise and took a short walk with my dog. I ate my oatmeal w/banana for breakfast, turkey chili for lunch with a handful of oyster crackers, and then some fresh strawberries and blueberries for dessert. Then my chocoholic side kicked in and I ate 5 malt balls with a handful of pistachios. ;) I'm having fresh salad for dinner tonight, and some green tea.

It's Wednesday, I'm going out to hike the perimeter fence this morning, takes me almost an hour, lots of rough rocky ground so it's a good work out. The really important thing I will do today is get ride of the jar of peanut butter that I have been snacking on since Sunday. It is not a good thing for me to have peanut butter so readily available! My nephews will burn it off way faster than me.

What are you doing for yourselves today?

I woke up a tad late so only drank coffee before working out at Curves. I should have grabbed a little something as I felt shaky at the end. Lesson learned. I was proud of myself as I started using their method of using the computer/electronic keycard to record my workouts and I've went from burning 253 to 293 calories a workout.
After that I went to the storage place where I keep my MH and today the engine battery was so dead that using the house battery emergency switch didn't work. Who said owning an Rv was cheaper than a home!?!? ;)
