About once a month or so, not on any schedule, I have a night where I just cannot get to sleep. Last night, I went to bed at midnight, and did not get to sleep until 5 am, and that was really 6 am. Slept until 10:30 am, then got up and put my slides in, dumped tanks, and reparked and setup. Only then did I get something to eat, which was around noon. Going to make a couple of pasties for dinner tonight--eat one and freeze one.
Winds have calmed down and sun has been out all day, so maybe a beach walk tomorrow?? Just relaxing today, catching up on a few things indoors.
Barbie, try this for your bug bites. It really works and has saved me from the giant bites I usually get that require antibiotics and prednisone!
https://www.amazon.com/bite-away%C2%AE-Chemical-Free-FDA-Cleared-Dermatologist-Tested/dp/B07Y3X5JDZ?th=1 It is not cheap and it is also available at Target, per their website, but it works. You can also put something really hot on your bites. I know a Canadian doctor with CLL who uses the side of his cup of tea, but others have said to use a hot spoon. Only problem with those things is that the heat and timing is not controlled as it is with Bite Away. It heats up to a specific temp and holds it for either 3 or 6 seconds. I have had no burns, though it does sting a bit.
