It's finally cool here, 68. The central air temperature in the house said 75 and my DH thought the air conditioner was running. I told him he better put it on heat if it's too cold.
Bonnie, after dealing with horse and cattle trailers I knew I didn't want a camping trailer. I have always had motorhomes. I like to be able to stop and not have to get out except for gas. I had the Good Sam roadside assistance for years and the "help" I got from them for tires was the pits. I changed to Coach Net a few years ago but haven't had to use them for tires yet. I wouldn't go down the road without a spare but that's me. I always seemed to be in the middle of nowhere when I had tire problems. What I found with the people Good Sam sent was that they would show up with a used tire and want to charge you new price for it. I was told that they wouldn't tow you for a tire problem. I had a blowout on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge and was stuck there for several hours while they messed around. Sent a kid in a pickup that couldn't get the tire off. Finally sent a real tire service truck. All the time with 18 wheelers flying by not even getting in the other lane.
I was thinking our next trip with RVW was a week away but it's not until the 31st. I'm ready to go somewhere.
