Boston Market Meatloaf

I made this for lunch today, kind of, but it was really good anyway. Of course, I didn't read the recipe before I went shopping yesterday. My meat could have been leaner and I only had a small can of tomato sauce so had to use some ketchup. Thanks for posting the recipe. I think I'll buy one of the meat loaf pans that has the insert to use to drain the fat off. That would be easier than almost dumping it in the sink.

Glad I'm not the only one that heads to the store before I re=read the recipe!!

Okay, well I wanted to make this meatloaf, but while I was doing it, realized I didn't have tomato sauce, just tomato paste, so I was was mixing it with water and guess it got a little soupy. I made meatslush. I haven't figured out what to do with it yet. Maybe meatballs?

Sloppy joes. Kids love them. Now you just need to go to the store for buns.

LOLOL! Slushies are great in the summer. Put the right marketing spin on it, and you may have found yourself a winner!
