and couldn't resist taking a shot of the lemon tree loaded with lemons this year. Didn't
even think about picking any, I usually do but for some reason it just slipped my mind.

OMG fresh lemonade!!!!! There are definitely some things I miss about California - fresh oranges, lemons and big avacados.

Oh, oh, oh I would have had a pie from those lemons, lemonade from them - oh, more more more. I've always wanted a lemon tree. Look at all those beauties!

Nice to meet your face, Ava! And thanks for the pie! Pumpkin pie is my top favorite!

I LOVE your lemon tree, too! Lemon pudding would be my choice for picking some of those beauties!

Thanks for the pictures!

oh, its not my lemon tree, its my ex's where I had thanksgiving dinner with my daughter
and other relatives and family friends. When I lived in Colorado and came to visit every
christmas I went back with a shi*load of lemons and passed them out to all my friends.
These are always the big ones too, and a lemon meringue pie is my favorite. There is
always somebody nearby with either an orange tree, a lemon tree or grapefruits. (or limes) I would love to have an avocado tree or a fig tree but I'm afraid I don't have
the room or the energy to take care of it. But tomatoes are still growing here too and
thats something I'll be planting for sure.

Avacado trees grow HUGE! Had one in our campground in Guadalajara, I love lemon trees too and would love to have a Lemon tree someday in our back yard.

Great photo of you Ava!

great pictures. did you ever notice that when the trees don't have lemons they are 95 cents each in the market and when the tree is full they are 25 cents in the market. just doesn't seem fair. when we had one I used to make pies yummmm.
