I'm so excited! UPDATED

Postby Yakn1 » Sat Feb 25, 2012 11:15 pm

I have been looking for an automotive shop, garage or warehouse that is for rent for awhile now. As some of you know, I love vintage rvs, and enjoy my attempts to renovate them. Much off the work would be so much easier done indoors and out of the elements. I know at some point it WILL quit raining here, but then it will be 100 degrees in the sun!
Today I found a 1600 sq ft warehouse w/office just a few miles from my house with a fenced yard of some sort! It was on craigslist and I happened to be in the very same area yesterday looking at some others, not sure how I missed this one?
Called the gentleman listing the w/h for a look see and "his schedule is too full to show til next weekend, would that be okay?" Ahhhh yeah, as we'll be out of town til Thur.
There is a guy who works for the local RV repair shop that would like to go in with me, have to see what he thinks, but I just MIGHT get this gig off the ground after all!
Girls, keep your fingers ( and everything else) crossed for me. If it works, I'll being doing the Snoopy happy dance

Do you plan to sell the renovated RV's? Would love to see before and after photos of them once you get a place (hopefully this one) to work on them!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

That would be great! And, yes, take before, during, and after pictures.

Get your dancing shoes ready for that Happy Dance. :) It does sound promising. Remember to breathe between now and Thursday.

Good Luck, I'm sure it's going to work out just the way you need for it too. As Liz said, when you get in there working, take those pics of progress on your projects. We'd all love to see .

That's great. I agree with Carolyn, we will have to come for a "Grand Tour" after you are all set up.
