See where it says IMG code in the picture. Move your cursor down to the white box by IMG code and click <CTRL-C> (to copy the contents of the white box).

Then come over here to the forum and paste <CTRL-V> the copied code into your message compose box.

That should fix you right up!

Or you can right click your mouse and click "copy" and then right click again and click "paste". (It is easier that way for me anyway. Just a suggestion...)
