Geez, Liz, since you didn't spend anymore than that, you could have made my downpayment for Suite Pea. Then I'd be closer to you in the budget run. As it is I am about 100K behind you....well okay, not that much. But you get the picture. Expenses are all relative. Well and if you added the expense for the baby, Simba, you might be ahead of me.

Will be getting my first gas mileage reading here before too long. That will be interesting to see what it will be at least for the first 6-8000 miles. But the price per sq. in. will be different for miles traveled.

We have been buying too much angel food cake and other cake mixes. Well then there is the fresh fruit. We should make a run to Louisana to get some of the flats of strawberries. That'd last us at least 3 or 4 days. But then we might be closer to Mexico, so we could make a run to Mexico and get some fresher strawberries. Which direction do you want to go?

Birdie - in less than a month a local produce farm will begin selling their strawberries... pick your own if you like.

I think I'm only reasonably crazy rather than totally. The month I left for Thailand a 58 year old woman was attacked in the Kroger parking lot a mile from my house. They took her purse and beat her to death. So, reasonably crazy means you understand that life's a gamble every time you step out the door (whether your door is attached to sticks/bricks or a motorhome parked in a beautiful location), and totally crazy thinks it's safer to stay home and never venture farther than the grocery store. Just my philosophy, folks.
