wow.. taking the big plunge huh? best of luck on a quick sale for you.. I have thought about selling my home several times.. i think in another yr or two i might make that same decission... i guess my biggest fear is not having a 'permanent' home to be in... its a big change for sure!! Again congrats on your decission!!

I have wrestled with this decision to get rid of this house for 10 years. It seems I don't have someone to take care of here now, so it is time to get rid of this house. I am shredding papers, getting to know the friends of the library on a first name basis and also hospice. I have taken out a ton of stuff and I still have a ton of stuff, does he grow when you aren't looking? I will have some books on tape and some paper back books thought at the next gathering I would let you all go through them.

I have some antiques I have on Craig's list for sale. I have some things I plan to put in a climate control storage for one year. If I decide to build the house I want will need that stuff, if not then it may go up for sale then too. If anyone needs a commercial printer or a serger, got those for sale too. LOL There are sets of dishes, microwave stuff and a ton of electronics. (you know I love gadgets and so does my son). So if any of you wake up in the middle of the night and need ........ whatever check with me I might have it for sale.

My realtor knows I would love to be out of here May 1, so he is working with that in mind. I am also working with that in mind, need to have another yard sale or a moving sale.
