I am selling my sticks and bricks

Postby Gentleladybear » Wed Feb 01, 2012 6:11 pm

After some thought and soul searching, I have put my house on the market. Today I have started in ernest to clear out anything that I don't think I can sell. Friends of the library are great, they are taking my books, records, cd's and DVD's.

Found Hospice around the corner, so also getting rid of a lot of things I think Hospice could put good use to.

I am filling my car and taking it in, second trip tomorrow.

I am excited about finally getting this decision made and moving on with things. Now if I can just get some more things sold over the net.

Wow Nan! Hope everything goes well with the cleaning out and selling!! Are you gonna make it out to SoCal now?

Wow is right Nan. But I wish you the best of luck selling your house and starting you "new life". And reading all about your adventures.

Wow, Nan, what a big and exciting move. I know you've been traveling enough now to know whether this is for you - hope your house sells at a good price and in good time for you. I remember making my decision - how scary and exciting it is. And it really is fun giving things to those worthy organizations - at least it was for me :)
