If and when I EVER get the new car registered I'm thinking of personalized plates. Which one? Both are available and I have an appt. for another go round at dmv Wed (tomorrow) morning.

Yayyy! I'm finally legal in Ca! Of course, dmv made me go get smogged...guy said that was a first, smogging a new car, and of course another 50 bucks, but I'm just glad to be at the end of this journey. Decided to forego vanity plates for now, I wasn't leaving dmv without plates in hand. The way this has gone I could just see dmv messing something up and I'd be back to square one! Met Evie for a celebratory breakfast and she took my picture. 3 months I've been fooling with this, can you believe it??? Base plate is on the way and soon Hope's new sidekick will be ready to hit the road!
