TX GTG - March 2012

Just updating to let everyone know that right now we have 15 reservations for this! Hoping a few more can make it - even if just for part of the time. And remember, we don't have rules against friends - we like them

I swear.. I'm not eating at this gtg. I did nothing but eat at the Florida gtg or so it seems. It was like one huge, non stop buffet.

Oh, Alice....eating is part of the fun of a GTG.....The Sultan & I timed it one time.....the average time between meals, snacks, etc. was every 2 and a half hours.... during the day.....

I have no control around food. Its like an on or off button with me.. that stays ON more than off. I know dieting isn't the answer.. that its suppose to a lifestyle change.. blah blah blah. Oh but I am so weak.. and the food at the get togethers is so good...so very very good indeed.

Not even there yet and I'm thinking about ... THE FOOD.

I'm hopeless!

I think the interval between food was less than that at the Fla gtr. My kids wanted to know what we do at "those things" I said eat mostly! Wendy

I don't recall any intervals between grazings during the florida gtg.

Tried getting a site for Sat night last week, but no go. They are all full already according the reservation site. But that's Ok. I'll go to Plan B. Not going to miss this rally!

Call them - sometimes they hold a site or two? And if no sites, we'll find you a home for a night, promise. (Don't you love I'm already promising someone else with more bed space will put you up? But you are always welcome with me, also - just thinking there's more sleeping room in so many of the other rigs.)

I have a twin bed available in my rv...so one could play goldilocks and just go from bed to bed.. until they found the one that was just right.

I had a nasty couch removed from the rv and replaced it with a twin bed with storage below so my daughter could have a "real" bed to sleep in when traveling with me. I think she has used it... maybe twice. At the time, it seemed like a good idea.
