No, I'm about a mile north and west of the evacuation area (for those not here, a
propane truck overturned on on the freeway and leaked and they've evacuated about
800 homes). I tried to back my RV up there to fill the tanks, but they wouldn't let me
through. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hey Janice, thanks for mentioning Snow Canyon! I checked out the website, how beautiful, and bookmarked for future reference. St George is the perfect second day stop for me heading out from CA. Campground recommendations on the forum are so helpful! AND I'm glad to hear you had a great (work) trip. :)

Just know it's a small campground ... reservations probably are a good idea any time of year.

I loved driving through Snow canyon! I love that whole area around St.George.....maybe because my ancesors did so much in that area. As I was driving through I did see a skeleton of something, clearly could see a spine of something....hum :?
